This company presents itself in Australia as an Australian company based in Melbourne but it is not. It's Melbourne phone number directs all customers to a general email address. Then messages to this address go unanswered. I am trying to return a product that cost $129 but is poor quality, there are no tags and no labels. This is a scam company. Do not purchase anything!!

Took longer than expected but did arrive & email communication was excellent. I love my black & green jackets, very stylish, BUT they are not true Aussie sizes. MUCH smaller than Aussie sizes. Sadly, I can't wear them & the goods have to be returned to China for a refund & there is no promise of a refund 😕 The physical store is not in Melbourne. Super disappointed.

SCAM COMPANY, BUYER BEWARE. I wrote to them 30 seconds after placing the order as my address recorded incorrectly. No response even though the website claim 24/7 contact. I then wrote to them a further 3 times, all emails went unanswered. Phone calls to their “Melbourne?” number directed you back to their email address. I did some digging reading worst reviews first and realized I’d been scammed. I phoned ING bank and sent all my unanswered correspondence to them as well as bad reviews and my receipt from Rivergray. It took 2 weeks and I got my money back in full from the bank. Yesterday I received what I can only assume was the coat I had ordered. It was the wrong color, made out of polyester, it was unlined and looked like my grandmothers throw rug. As soon as u put it on I got hot and itchy, I wouldn’t line my dogs kennel with it.
Worst of all is it came directly out of Bankstown, so every bit of their website is lies. Please please name and shame them, also, they have a lot of different company names selling the exact same thing, so immediate red flag, 🚩. Buyer beware!!!

The jacket feels solid and keeps me warm. No complaints so far

First time trying this store and yeah it went better than expected. Got a shirt and trousers combo and both fit really well. Material feels comfortable and not cheap at all. Wore it to a dinner and it held up nicely through the evening. Support also replied quick when i had a question which was helpful

Got this shirt mainly for casual wear and it fits clean without trying too hard. Fabric feels breathable and doesnt stick even after long hours. Wore it for a full day and it still looked neat which is a plus. Delivery was on time and packaging was basic but fine no issues

I bought a bag from here and wasn’t expecting much but it actually looks premium in person. The stitching is clean and it holds its shape well even after using daily. Shipping was quicker than expected and it came packed nicely. Feels like something i’ll use for a long time tbh

Picked up a casual jacket for daily use and its been solid so far. Moves well and doesn’t feel stiff at all.

I got this fitted top thinking it would just sit in my wardrobe, but wow it actually flatters in a really easy way. It doesnt cling weirdly and I didn’t have to keep adjusting it all day which is rare for me. Honestly feels like one of those pieces you don’t think about but keep reaching for.

Ordered a basic shirt to replace an older one and it did the job better than expected. Washed it once already and it still holds its shape which usually isnt the case for me. Fit feels clean and easy to wear for work or casual stuff so yeah pretty happy with it

These pieces all feel practical and honest nothing over the top but they do what they should. Good for everyday use and they hold up after a few wears so Im pleased with them overall.
