HI there, Donavan. I understand your frustration, but we have communicated with no reply from you, nor did you reply to our manufacturer about the time or where you bought your IQ7000AR ComfyGo. We offered you a 5% personal discount and don't appreciate your targeted vendetta, just because your wheelchair has been routinely used for the past 3 Years.
We have gone through troubleshooting and heard nothing back from you about what you intend to do. Pride is a manual wheelchair, and ComfyGo is purely electric. There's a mile of difference in how both of those work. Besides, Don, you bought spare replacement parts from us, and still have not told us where you bought your IQ7000AR chair, despite our repeated efforts to request this, and to determine where things went south from there.
Please note: merely replacing parts with our new OEM manufacturer-inspected, sealed, and packaged parts doesn't guarantee that the internal circuitry after 3+ years is not going to have its own set of issues.
Still waiting for your reply about where you bought your IQ7000AR, as it was not from us.
