Straightforward, good value cover for higher values
Very pleased with the design of Rivr's policy - well explained on their website with fewer complications and multiple restrictive limits than other insurers for a reasonable price. Being able to speak or email with Will to resolve queries before buying was excellent.

I found Rivr via search engine so wanted to get an alternative home and contents quote. My current provider hiked up the renewal quote by 50% with no explanation or reason. Rivr came in with a competitive quote but more than that the whole experience with Rivr was easy and very transparent. Its Founder Will Clarkson Webb done everything possible to match my needs and demonstrated his extensive knowledge and ease of working with. Needless to say that I’m very happy to move by business to Rivr and highly recommend them.

Easy, more tailored to my needs and very simple
Needed a more bespoke cover package than other insurers seemed able to provide - and Rivr managed to do it with ease. Peace of mind that valuables are well covered (without having to go through the tedious process of listing them all). Very simple website questionnaire which can be completed much quicker than others' sites. No need for phone calls with underwriters (although Rivr did helpfully call me to discuss - which was incredibly useful and actually resulted in a reduction on my final premium quote.
Would definitely recommend.

Competitive contents premium and super simple process buying cover through the website. Comprehensive cover of jewellery was a nice surprise too. Really easy to contact Rivr.

Super easy and fast
Super easy and fast. Filled in my details on the website and got a quote back straight away. No need for a lengthy phone call or documents to be emailed back and forth. Best part of all - they were the cheapest with still great cover, and payment was simply via a link and Apple pay.
