Won't recommend it to anyone if you have a problem ask for ADAMS
I made a transfer and it took almost a month for it to be paid. The issue was I made a transfer on the 11th of December 2025 but they told me they have not received my fund although my account was debited. I called them several times but they kept telling me they have not received the fund on their end. It brought me a lot of inconvenience and sleepless night. But one of their customer representative ADAMS has really been very helpful , anytime I called and he was around the way he attended to my needs in regards to the transaction was very exceptional. The other customer representative I don't want to mention names were very rude and even dropped the calls on me on several occasions. Finally today on the 8th of January, my good friend ADAMS called me several times to give me the good news that the still had my fund and asked me how he should proceed which really made my day but still left a bad taste in my mouth. I won't recommend anyone to send a large transfer through this app and if anyone is to have a problem please ask for ADAMS he's very helpful
