Thank you Lupin for your help. Yesterday I was not able to make a transaction and for up to 4 hours, I chat with your colleague asking them to help me. But nobody did. They keep asking me to contact my bank to solve the issue. But when I explained to them that it was not my bank fault, they did not understand and maybe did not have the good compenten ce to solve it. I just chat with you Lupin for just few minutes and you unblocked my account. Thank you very much

Extremely Disappointing Experience
I have never had such a frustrating experience with a money transfer service like rizremit. On 25/11/2025, I made a transfer at 6:26 am for £303.03 to Ghana. The transaction stayed stuck in “processing” the whole day. I called customer service multiple times and was repeatedly told it would be resolved in 1–2 hours each time which never happened.
I even opened a support ticket to track the issue, but it was closed without any resolution, no update, nothing. No one contacted me once throughout the entire problem. I had to chase them every single time.
The next day, after more calls, I was suddenly told the transfer failed because the recipient had “reached their limit”, even though the recipient has a Medium Tier limit of GHS 15,000 per day so that explanation didn’t make sense either.
It took over 34 hours before they finally asked for an alternative bank and completed the transfer. In the middle of all this, one of their customer service agents even shouted at me, which was completely unprofessional.
Overall, the service was unreliable, slow and the customer support was extremely poor. This is the most disappointing experience I’ve had with any company not just a remittance service.
I will not be using Riz Remit again and would never recommend it. Use at your own risk

Lupin is an exceptional Person at the Rizremit. A brother had made a transaction which unfortunately went out 3x from his bank. Our fear was not having the funds back but Lupin dud every best of his will to see the 3x funds released. I can recommend Rizremit and ask Lupin needs a step further at the Rizremit. I wholeheartedly thanks Lupin fir being the angel that came our way.
