We recently had our boiler and entire heating system upgraded by RSM Plumbing & Heating, and I can honestly say the service was absolutely fantastic. From the very beginning, Ryan and his team were professional, friendly, and incredibly hard-working.

Before tackling the big job, they completed two smaller tasks for us, which gave us great confidence in their reliability. When it came to the boiler installation and upgrade, everything was organised perfectly—no delays, no issues, just smooth, efficient work carried out exactly on the agreed date.

The team kept us updated throughout, explained everything clearly, and made sure we were comfortable with each step. They worked quickly but with great attention to detail, and their friendly attitude made the whole process stress-free.

Now, our heating system is brilliant. It runs flawlessly, and the fact that we can control it directly from an app on our phones makes it even better—there’s simply no comparison to what we had before.

Great service from Rob, answered on the weekend, replaced and fitted new shower pump on the Monday morning. Swift, clean and expertly completed - fantastic job!

Rob was really thorough, very courteous and did a good job to repair a broken thermostatic valve on our shower. He also replaced a tile which was done brilliantly. Fully recommended and will use again.

Rob put a new bathroom in for us, which we are very pleased with and he worked with us to help keep it within our budget. He is efficient and leaves everything clean and tidy, and sorts problems as he goes along. We have used him before to fit a new Hive system and also a radiator and would thoroughly recommend.

Robert is an honest, friendly plumber who is reliable and has fixed every thing I’ve thrown at him over the past 4 years during house renovations. Taps, rads, valves, pumps, the lot. He has also made space in his busy diary when we have had a minor panic with leaks from a troublesome pipe. Highly recommended chap.
