Excellent product, bigger than I thought, I have put it not to far away from my bird feeder I bought from you.
It was easy to set up, even with the very hard ground we have at the moment.
Had a few birds use it, hopefully will get more over time.

Good so far
Speedy delivery and seems like a good product. Only been using a few days so haven’t had to disassemble it to wash it yet, but the birds are using it. Sometimes have to give the feeder a bit of a shake to get the seed to fall down when the birds start only using one side.

Really sturdy well made product delivered quickly. Had an earlier model but the squirrels chewed the perches. They’ll struggle with the updated metal perches though!

Excellent feeders
I have brought from you before. I brought the cages to keep the big birds out as well. Although the clever crows found out how to put their heads in and flick food out.
The new cage I brought is wider and has definitely worked well. So the little birds are getting the food again and the seed is lasting much longer.
I am a big fan of your feeders and if I want any more I will definitely come to roam wild again

Birds Aren’t Interested
The marketing on this bird feeder convinced me that it was the way to go. There’s no seed spilled on the ground, squirrels can’t get to it and with the starling proof cage, we would be ensuring that our smaller garden birds would always get their fill. Unfortunately no birds are getting their fill, they’re just not interested in I’ve remove the starling cage and even they can’t be bothered.
Essentially what I’m saying is that birds are not interested in using this feeder so it’s been a complete waste of money.

We're sorry to hear the birds haven't taken to the feeder yet. We genuinely wish you had contacted us before leaving this review as this is something we help customers with regularly who have this issue and we're very confident we can get this working for you.
Everything you've described, the birds not using the feeder and showing no interest even without the starling cage, is entirely consistent with a transition issue rather than anything wrong with the product itself. Birds are creatures of habit and will always default to what they know. The key is never to remove existing feeders entirely and expect the birds to switch, they will simply go elsewhere.
What we'd recommend is hanging the PestOff alongside one of your existing feeders, letting the old one run down without refilling it, and using 100% sunflower hearts which smaller birds find absolutely irresistible. Positioning near a tree or bush gives the birds a safe retreat while they build confidence with the new feeding station. Once one bird discovers it the others will follow very quickly.
It's also worth noting that late summer is a period when natural food sources are still abundant, meaning birds are less reliant on garden feeders. As we move into autumn this will change significantly, birds will actively seek out supplementary feeding stations and a well positioned feeder filled with sunflower hearts will become irresistible.

They have the best quality bird feeders and the absolute best customer service. My new window feeder is even better than the last. It’s super sturdy and so easy to install. Awhile back I was even able to buy repair parts for my many years old window feeder from them, a rarity in today’s world of cheaply made products that go into the landfill when one small part breaks. I love this company and will continue to buy from them.
