My order arrived with items missing, and despite contacting customer service several times, I received no response. It's unacceptable to pay for products that are never delivered and then be ignored when trying to resolve the issue.
There was also no receipt or invoice included within the box.
The chilled food was packed very poorly. By the time the delivery arrived, the packaging was crushed and soggy. It was not a pleasant experience and did not give confidence that the products had been handled properly.
Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Missing items, no customer support, and poor packaging mean I will not be ordering from this company again.

Don’t believe in “next day delivery” because it’s not real. And when you call, message, or email them about the issue, no one responds.
It used to be such a good company. I heard the owners have changed — such a shame. I’m definitely not shopping here again.

I have just received my order for Ramadan paketi. Almost all the dry foods from different countries, not from Turkey. Lentil packages, pasta and green lentil packagases came all open. I asked for refund for these items, hopefully they will come back to me. If I don't receive refund for these items, I will report here again.
I’m really disappointed. They used to be such a good company, but things have changed. I placed an order and it was delivered five days after the purchase. Because it was food, I had to throw everything away.
They don’t answer the phone, and their WhatsApp replies are slow and unhelpful. It’s such a shame, because I trusted them before. Unfortunately, I won’t be ordering again until their service improves.
I am very frustrated. They only have a mobile phone to contact, which goes straight to voicemail.
I left 2 messages and made 5 phone calls. I sent 2 emails to them, but no reply.
I am buying first time and I was very happy of all i bought. I will return to buy some more products.

Bought their pomegranate juice via Amazon: it was rancid and past its sell by date.
I recently ordered from Robinhood, and I’m really impressed with the whole experience. The delivery was super fast, which was a great surprise! All the products were fresh and high quality, exactly what I was hoping for. I also appreciated the attention to detail with the packaging — everything was well-organized and arrived in perfect condition. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable and high-standard service. Will definitely order again!

Another bottle of juice had lid damage, it was depressed, but had a dent in it, so didn't pop. So far total loss of £19.59 or 24% of the total order. I'll update this review as I go through the rest of the bottles.

Unfortunately, I've just discovered that yet another bottle was damaged under the lid, resulting in broken glass in juice. What on earth is happening at the warehouse?! That's 5 damaged bottles out of 24; the loss of £16.30 or 20% of the total order.

Unfortunately, the customer service is much poorer than I thought. I have since e-mailed and texted the seller as they've asked me, and received no response to either message. Their comment below seems like a mockery now.
Original review 09/07/2025: Great range of products, items packed very well, and the delivery is quick, but unfortunately a lot of damaged goods and unable to receive a re-fund or even a response. My previous order had 1 bottle of juice that was open, thankfully they refunded it. My last order contained 4 damaged bottles out of 24 (security seals broken). That's a loss of £13.04 or 16% of the total order. No response to my repeated e-mails or Facebook messages. I will shop again because even accounting for the loss, it is still the cheapest deal around for great products, but very disappointing that items are not checked at the point of packing, and you never know how many items you'll have to throw away.

Always affordable prices, fresh products, fast shipping. My favorite features are very fast communication with customer service. They are very kind. The fact that the invoices show VAT is also very good for our business.
