Hard to justify the £200 worth of stuff for £20. Realistically £10 worth of stuff for £20! Not worth the punt you are not getting any value for money.

Waste of money
I bought a box that was said to have over £200 of goods inside. When the box arrived it had 3 items in it, a hair mask, styling spray a lip balm and a trial size of moisturiser and serum. They were not worth the stated value, nor were they any good. The hair products would not wash out, and the skin products made my skin feel dry and tight! I will never buy another box nor will I recommend anyone else to. I threw all the products away as I couldn't even give them away! What a waste of money.

Not as expected
Service was quick. Product was well packed. However the mystery box selection was aimed at the mature woman and only contained skincare from the same brand, which was different to the expected contents from the advertisement.
Update: to Roccabox customer service, thank you for the update. I'll be passing on the products so they will not be wasted.

I still havent received my order
I still havent received my order. Despite waiting 2 weeks and receiving reassurance from you that it would be delivered this week it still hasnt budged from.yhe first stage of the labeling process.
It was a birthday gift that birthday has been and gone. So no, not a great experience and poor service in general.

We're very sorry that your order did not arrive in time for the birthday gift it was intended for and completely understand your disappointment.
As per our previous correspondence on 09/06/2026, we advised that if the parcel had not been delivered by the agreed date to contact us again so that we could investigate further. Having reviewed the Royal Mail tracking, we can confirm that there has unfortunately been no further movement within the Royal Mail network since the label was created.
As a result, we have now processed a full refund for your order. While delays within the courier network are outside of our control, we appreciate the frustration and inconvenience this has caused, particularly given the occasion for which the gift was purchased.
Please accept our sincere apologies for your experience, and thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. 🎀

My mrs works in the industry so I got it as a surprise. She took a look and said that it was unheard of brands and not worth the stated price.

Worth about what i paid
Got this box as one off that claims to be worth 10x what you pay but random items, definitely not! Id say worth what i paid but not stuff i would buy.

I was expecting more items in the mystery box. The £20 box was advertised as £200+ in value, which Roccabox did itemise after I requested a refund, valuing the 6 items at £200+. I would suggest maybe switching some of the £80/£90 items for more lower value items so more variety/content is supplied.

Rubbish not as good as others I have had. I am sure it’s due to the promotion but they could have done a lot better

Not £200 but good products eitherway
The products were good in the £200 mystery box for £20, however the value on date of delivery was only around £75 after looking online. This was disappointing.

Bought this as a surprise gift for my girlfriend. Contrary to what some reviews have said in the past, this contained 5 full-size products, which all looked to be good quality. She was very happy with it. Maybe not worth the £200+ that it is advertised as, but well worth the money for the Sky VIP price.

I bought 2 boxes through Sky and they were the same inside. Pricing them up, they definitely was not over £200 in there. Disappointing.

For what we received I guess the price was ok. However, in the main I did not know the brands, nor my daughter. The majority of the products will not be used. So I will not be signing up to a subscription with Rocca
