These guys started off amazing. Then the decline and intimidation came. I have been sick for over a year and in the last few weeks got worse and wasn’t able to complete all of my packing. The team helped, but they brought a truck that was too small so my move hadcto be done in two parts and what should have amounted to a $3000 move somehow became over $4300 with erroneous charges for a Tv box and mattress box (both were never used) and then came time for payment. They had the audacity to ask me how much of a tip we were leaving and strong armed my 82 year old mother into leaving them an additional $200 tip which they still said wasn’t enough. DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do not use these movers.

It was necessary to store my belongings after the move. I cannot say I was pleased by the condition of my furniture. And I have only missed my artist portfolios since I didn’t need them until now. The sentimental things that were missing were nothing compared to the loss of my artwork for several years.

Worst moving company in the World. I had to move unexpectedly. They suggested a third party storage company to store my belongings. Rocket Moving Services went into my units. Stole and ransacked my items. Including components of my computer with important Data. I will be filing a lawsuit. Already have a pending Police Report. Criminals you are!

Had a great experience with Rocket, my move was fast and easy and the movers are friendly and professional.

Company provided estimate of $2100 to move 700 cubic feet of space from texas to California
We paid $700 deposit.
They were late to pick up in Texas, we were flexible with pick up date because Eric guarenteed delivery date.
On site in texas the driver insisted on repacking boxes and bags into bigger boxes to charge us for.
The cost of moving then doubled to $5000. With $2500 due then immediately and $2500 due when delivered. They took credit card for deposit, did not deduct it off the price and on site only option to pay is venmo or cash.
They hire side help in the area of any unqualified person, no background check to go in your home and through your things, the local help in Texas flipped the only two breakable boxes off the dolly and clearly he and driver did not care. The boxes were marked fragile/breakable.
They folded in half and wrapped a new tempurpedic mattress and refuse to acknowledge that they ruined it.
Over a week past guaranteed delivery date and they still have my stuff.
This business is a scam.
Driver goes on about how much drives, no sleep, yet not on time for delivery. The DMV/DOT needs to review the logs on this company right along with the investigation by the Better Business Bureau.
