After following up because the goods…
After following up because the goods hadn’t been dispatched as expected by Rocket Rubber, they apologised explaining that my small order had apparently been overlooked. Rocket Rubber committed to dispatching the goods that day assuring me that they would be with me the following day which it was.

Rocketing the rubber that never forgets.
The service was amazing. I had forgotten to put in my delivery address, which almost delayed my order. I was called and informed that I had not put my delivery address and was supported by a professional staff member. The delivery was fast and efficient.

No confirmation when I placed the order…
No confirmation when I placed the order last week (Wednesday 16/4/25) but was charged straight away, also paid for what I was led to believe was next day delivery and still not received by today (Wednesday the following week 23/4/25) Phoned them yesterday to find out what was going on to be told there must be an IT issue so that's why I had no e mail confirmation and that the order would be expedited and delivered today. Have received confirmation now but It's 18.51 and still no sign of delivery. Remains to be seen if the product is actually what I ordered when / if it arrives. What would have happened if I didn't chase is anyones guess. Lets hope it's a great product and I've ordered enough for the job 😳
