Rock Face  Avis 

Had a great experience with Rock Face. First order was stuck with Evri somewhere in there system, was now a late delivery. Email sent to Rock Face who resent the order. Next day first order was delivered. Second resent order was delivered two days later. Contacted the team who said I could send the second order back or gift it to a friend, my friend was very happy with the deodorants. All in all, a great experience. Thank you, the Rock Face team.

I love this deodorant and recently had an issue with a can that stopped working whilst still half full. I contacted the customer service team and Jez replaced the can of deodorant. Not only do I love the product, Rock Face have the customer service that the company should be proud of. Thank you for being awesome!

Had a problem with one of the antiperspirant spray cans where it just stopped working but nearly full. I messaged Rockface and the team were fantastic and replaced the fault can.
I know things can go wrong but it's how issues are sorted is what counts. Rockface's customer service for me has been top class!

I like rock face deodorant a lot, but i have had problems with the spray just stopping when I have hardly used them, I wrote a email to the company after 2nd one stopped working, after about 5 emails back and forward, they sent me 1 CAN has a replacement, brought some the other day and guess what the can stopped working after 3 sprays. I do like the smell and price is ok, but the cans need looking at.

I had an issue with a faulty product and when I contacted Rock Face they dealt with it very quickly and resolved straight away. I’ve used Rock Face for a long time and always had great service with any queries I have had. Thankyou

Ordered online direct as Tesco no longer seems to be stocking the shower gel, but it's the best one I've found. Ordered a big pack of the shower gels - great price and quick delivery. Very happy.
