I had two packs in special offer for 29.99 with a free wash bag and the wash bags didn't arrive... I contacted them and they were sent straight away.. brilliant service which feels like your emailing... Voir plus
The purchase system is very easy, this I believe was my fourth order my belief based on a full kit then two wash bags as freebies, who needs three wash bags. Now we have moved to a free shower gel..... Voir plus
I sometimes find that certain antiperspirant do not live up to their hype, however I am pleased to say that these products are brilliant. Will certainly purchase again.

Rockface wont replace it and want me to pay to send back. Cheap plastic waste !!! DONT WAIST YOUR MONEY

Order placed early Dec - never received. In fairness - my complaint was acknowedged and a replacement order sent. I never received this one either.
To be fair I think it is the delivery courier EVRi who lost (?) the items twice ! Rockface offered me a 15% discount on any future orders.
I like the scent of the Rockface product, but will sadly not be ordering again despite any discount, until the courier is changed.
So I have to give a 1 star, not because of the product or the lack of a response from Rockface, but because I never received the item and have now moved onto another brand :-/
Maybe I’ll try ordering again mid year…

I decided to take advantage of the Gift set 3 for 2 offer, so I paid for 2, and only 2 were sent. I sent a polite message to customer service, but haven't received a reply. Not good enough

Order placed 09/11 still waiting two weeks later. Customer service is virtually nonexistent. Love the product but they should take a leaf out of Man Cave’s book whose delivery service is excellent.

Super Shower Gel from Rockface4men
Without doubt this is a fantastic Shower Gel for men, I chose the Fresh & Spicy, and was absolutely delighted with the super scent & invigorating feeling after my shower.
Great products at a good price.
I ordered the 6 pack which worked out cheaper, just as well I liked the product !
