Need to improve communications
Getting open COMMUNICATIONS from this company would be greatly appreciated. Trying to get answers to questions, was like pulling teeth. Need to be more transparent with the contract, in regards to terms, fees, etc..... They don't divulge that info, until you are finalizing the loan. Yes, you can shut the whole program off, but then you are still stuck with a hard pull on your credit, lessening your chances of getting a loan elsewhere. Bottom Line - "Approach this company with caution".

The Best Loan Officer
The process was extremely easy and user friendly! Sierra was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help me get my trailer when I planned. The dealership did not have the best communication, but Sierra was on top of things and helped get the process completed and I could not be more satisfied. I will definitely recommend Rock Solid to others.
