I purchased rings for a wedding but sizes I ordered were totally wrong, so had to ask for replacements.These were delivered promptly and they even provided a prepaid envelope to return the first set. Excellent service

Been looking for a while as I'd purchased from Tru Diamond and within 3 weeks the gold disappeared very disappointing given the price.
So when I spotted yours I was dubious as they where even cheaper.
I made the plunge and bought a 2mm gold band to replace my wedding band as arthritis is swelling my hands.
What can I say, it's not been off my finger since and it's still gold and shiny, I couldn't be happier.......well unless you make the 3mm dark pink and gold one xx

I ordered my wedding ring from Rock Solid Rings, it arrived the next day, gorgeous ring but it was too small. I emailed to ask about exchanging it and it could not have been any easier! I had the replacement the next day and a prepaid envelope to return the old one! Customer service is next level, I 100% recommend and will be using again as the rings are beautiful!

I was quite skeptical about buying my wedding ring from here because the prices seemed too good to be true however, I went ahead anyway and was seriously pleasantly surprised. Ordering was super easy and the site was easy to navigate and what surprised me even more was that the delivery was literally within 2 days!
The only reason I gave 1 less star was because the ring itself was a lot thinner than I was expecting...granted, there was no measurement listed so I didn't really know what to expect but it is very dainty however, I still love it. So yeah, my only criticism is that the width of the band needs to be detailed in the listing 🥰

I can’t recommend Rock Solid Rings enough!

I originally ordered a wedding band set for myself and my husband-to-be back in April 2025 for our August 2025 wedding, and the whole experience was seamless from start to finish. We chose to have our rings engraved, and they even took the time to email and double check that all the wording was exactly right before going ahead, such a thoughtful touch.

Fast forward to April 2026, and after the plating on my engagement ring from a different jeweller started to wear off, I decided to order a dazzle ring from Rock Solid Rings so I could have both rings replated together rather than dealing with multiple different jewellers. The first ring I ordered didn’t quite sit how I’d hoped next to my wedding band, so I called them to arrange an exchange. The process was incredibly smooth, and the gentleman I spoke to was so kind and knowledgeable, he even helped me choose a style that would suit my 2mm wonder ring perfectly.

During the call, I also explained that my original wedding band had never actually fit properly. I had ordered a size Q to match my engagement ring from another jeweller, but their sizing turned out to be a little different. I hadn’t reached out before because I assumed an exchange wouldn’t be possible due to the engraving. Despite it being a year since my purchase, they happily exchanged it for me and re added the engraving on the new band all completely free of charge.

Also worth mentioning, even after 10 months of daily wear, my original wedding band still looks brand new. No scratches, no marks, nothing. The quality is honestly incredible.

That level of customer care is rare these days. I’m beyond impressed and so glad I chose them again for my new engagement ring. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish!

I bought my eldest daughter a ring for her birthday which she is 100% delighted with timely delivery, great quality, fit, style and especially the box which everyone mentions. I bought my wife and youngest daughter rings for their birthdays, both in April, again delighted only problem I bought both size N and both are to small. I have contacted Ben who has been great and very helpful and am now waiting for replacement size O rings to arrive.

Ring was perfect , delivered swiftly and they messaged to check I had the inscription spelled correctly as it was a bit odd 🤣🤣
