Hey, I created an account just to come here and say I regret giving my phone number to these people. Years later I still receive marketing SMS from them and I have no way to unsubscribe. Don't repeat my mistake guys

Customer service experience.

I was a brand new paying member. I reached out about a cost that was different in 2 areas of the instructions. Support sent me a screen shot of where the instructions are to search again. Instead of helping me navigate I was sent this message.
“If you are not able to do a little work on your part, then yes, this is not the place for you.”
I let them have my membership dues and walked. I’ll find someone with a better temperament that’s handing product I’d be consuming.

This company is a scam. I put in my order in October 2023 for Biut $5000. They told me they don’t credit card, I could only pay the order in full, including the sample with the bank wire. I should have seen the red flags then!!! To this day I did not get the order, and cannot get my money back.

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. These folks are a bunch of crooks with a shoddy product line. Where do I begin? The one sample they did send me looked awful. It was a clear bottle, and barely half full, with crystallization on the inside of the bottle. It literally looked used. The labeling looked like I could have printed it on my home printer - Not professional and extremely generic. Next, I paid for 5 additional samples, which they NEVER sent. They kept sending me tracking information which stated that "the label had been printed." This happened twice, and I still have not received the samples to the additional SKUs. Finally, I paid $999 for a website that was never built for me, NOR did they refund me for. They claim I had to first approve all of my labels first. Well, how could I approve labels from samples I NEVER received? (which is their process!) I told them I would take it up with my bank for FRAUD! In addition, it takes them a minimum of 2 days to respond to emails, and there is no way to reach them by phone. Stay as far away from these crooks as possible! Not to mention, their accreditation with the BBB has been suspended, with a 1.92/5 star review status. That should tell us everything we need to know! Please run from these folks!

Let me address each of your concerns directly:

Sample Quality: I agree—if you received a sample that looked used, half-full, or unprofessional, that’s completely unacceptable. All of our supplements are third-party tested, U.S.-manufactured, and shipped new from our fulfillment centers. If the product you received fell below that standard, we should’ve made it right immediately—and I apologize if we didn’t.

Missing Samples: I’ve looked into your claim regarding the 5 additional samples and tracking labels. It sounds like there may have been a fulfillment error or delay on our end, which is not typical, and if you still haven't received them, we will absolutely take ownership and make sure you’re refunded or re-shipped immediately.

Website Delay: Our websites are built after labels are approved, since the design, branding, and product details need to match. I understand your frustration if samples never arrived to approve the labels—that’s a breakdown in the process, and it shouldn’t have happened. We’ve recently overhauled our fulfillment and design coordination systems to avoid exactly this kind of bottleneck.

Customer Support: You're right that it used to take us too long to respond. We’ve scaled up our customer support team significantly and now offer faster replies, scheduled support calls, and better tracking to ensure our clients are taken care of more effectively.

BBB Accreditation: Our profile is currently undergoing standard updates, not suspension for misconduct. We’re one of the only companies in our space that openly lists our pricing and fulfillment structure, and while we’ve made mistakes in the past, we continue to learn from them and improve.

At the end of the day, we’re not perfect—but we’re not crooks. We’re a real company that’s helped over 25,000 clients build supplement brands and generate over $200M in revenue collectively. Still, if we failed you, I take full responsibility.

Awful customer service & hidden made up fees

I started off with a horrible experience in the beginning being that their graphic artists shouldn’t be title that at all. I am now ending the relationship with Rocktomic with a horrible experience at the end. They have definitely lost all my respect. They told me there was expiring products and instead of just sending them back with the shipping cost. They added a two dollar per product fee even though they came back in the exact boxes I shipped to them in. The customer service system absolutely is disgusting. Nobody answers the phone and you have to go through filling out a form which takes them 3 to 5 days to get back if you’re lucky. Awful! Horrible company from day 1.

First, I fully acknowledge that when you joined us back in 2020, our systems and team were still evolving. We’ve made major improvements since then, including bringing on an entirely new web and design team to better serve our clients. I regret that you didn’t get to experience the level of quality and support we offer today.

Regarding the fulfillment fees: the $2 per product return fee you mentioned has always been clearly disclosed in our catalog and onboarding materials, and it covers the labor and repackaging involved in product returns—even when using the original boxes. I absolutely understand why that might feel frustrating, especially when paired with the expiration issue, but we apply this policy consistently to all clients to remain fair and transparent.

It’s also important to note that despite the challenges, you successfully sold approximately $8,000 in product and recouped your original $2,000 investment. That’s not to minimize your concerns, but to recognize that you did build something meaningful during your time with us.

As for the customer service process: we’ve heard this feedback and taken real steps to improve. We’ve overhauled our support system with faster response SLAs, live agent scheduling, and better ticket tracking. We’ve grown—sometimes painfully—but we’re committed to learning from every experience, including yours.

your paying for videos not a supplement whitelabel program

When i signed up this company seemed legit, then after paying i realized i just signed up for a bucnh of videos behind of a pay wall. I spent about 2 hours looking through the site for a dashboard to begin the supplentn label creation process but there wasnt. After watching the videos you had to email them what products you want to sell. Image you want to sell 20 products you have to email them the SKu's for each product you want to sell. They state they have over 100+ products to sell form if you wanted to sell them you have to fill out 100+ forms to get that going, just simply requesting access imagine everything else you have to do, the editing of the labels etc.. They make it seem like its streamlined but it isnt. then when someone orders what happens do i have to email someone to fulfil the order to? what a shame! on the website they have a picture of a "dashboard" in thier marketing making the customer thing its as simple as wokring on a dashbaord but all the action you want to take is just about email people there is no dashboard or anyhting of that sort to work on uplaoding your supplement labels its just all a big sham, with no real tech, they say they made over 50+ million but they cant just hire a developer to make it for them?

First off—our clients are not paying for a bunch of videos. The video library is simply there to guide you step-by-step through launching your supplement brand. What you’re actually paying for is:

Full access to our entire catalog of 140+ U.S.-made supplements

White-label rights

Professional label and logo design services

E-commerce fulfillment setup

Our team’s hands-on support for every part of your brand setup
And access to the lowest wholesale pricing in the industry—without any inventory requirements.

That said, I hear your frustration about the workflow. Yes, right now you do submit SKUs via email or form. This is because every brand setup is custom-built—we don’t offer a cookie-cutter dashboard because we treat each label, product, and storefront as a unique asset.

But I agree: it should be more streamlined. In fact, we’ve already begun investing in platform development to automate product selection, label submission, and fulfillment visibility—based directly on feedback like yours.

And to clarify: once your store is live, you absolutely do not need to email us to fulfill orders. Our backend integrates with Shopify and WooCommerce so that orders are auto-fulfilled without you lifting a finger.

As for the marketing—our site shows visual representations of the process, but I take your comment seriously. We're in the process of updating our visuals and messaging to better reflect what the platform currently looks like while we continue improving.

You’re right about one thing: Rocktomic has powered over $50M in sales for our clients, and that's exactly why we're reinvesting into stronger tech and support to match the growth.

Shocked to see all the negative reviews... JK seriously what is wrong with this company I have asked to not be contacted by them multiple times and they keep persisting. I am incredibly happy to know I did not do business with them. Seriously guys, do better by the customers and potential customers it has to be cheaper than all this bs and paying for bad reviews to be taken down. PS BEN STOP TEXTING ME.

This company is not recommended because in the end you will lose your money and you will be very disappointed. Their customers service is only by email and usually takes two days two reply. A legit company must have a legit phone number. Period! It's been over a week and they haven't reply to my email. They took my membership money and ran. Do not buy anything from this company.

Rocktomic is not a money maker

A rip off. Sold us a monthly membership for $97 each month. It took 2 months to complete the labels so we couldn’t sell anything during this time. Once done, one of the products was always in back order so we needed up refunding money. The products are exactly or very close that Walmart sells under the Equate brand but cost 100%-1000% higher than generic as if people didn’t read and notice there is no difference but the higher price. They also charge $2 per item to pack them even if they all go in the same box, to the same customer. And finally you pay for shipping which normally would cost under $1 per bottle but you are charged over $7 per bottle which is usually about 6 ounces. So all in all, the first 2 months you don’t make any money, and thereafter it is so expensive that you just can’t compete. In reality, the only company that makes money is Rocktomic.com. Customer service? What customer service? You can’t call them, you have to email them and if they see it fit, they will call you. Missed the call? Too bad, you have to email again for another time and day. They are not very friendly either. In the months we had a membership, we only lost money but they didn’t because of the monthly fee. Now they are wavering it for a one time fee. You are not going to make any money when you buy a product that sells elsewhere (given the same ingredients) for $4 or $5 and you have to pay them over $20 when it’s purchased, packed and shipped. Ask for the price list, add that to the shipping price and the $2 packing fee. Look up the same product elsewhere and compare. You will agree that you cannot compete with others due to the high cost. Add the price, the $2 packing fee and the shipping (which should be around $1) which is always over $7, the results is a great looking product with your label that is too expensive for a common consumer. And with a label comparison, you can get the same for a small fraction of the cost elsewhere and you can just print the label with a local shop that you can call and not just email. Another thing, don’t email them too much, they are not happy employees. They have a new website now, outdated from Christmas and they have a graphic designers. What is your opinion on an outdated website? It says a lot of their company. My advise, call a generic brand company and deal with them. Your pocket will thank you.

* Label Turnaround: Our design process typically takes 7–10 business days once we receive your feedback. If it took longer in your case, I sincerely apologize. We’re actively improving turnaround times across the board.

* Backorders: I understand how frustrating it is when a product is unavailable. While we work exclusively with U.S.-based manufacturers and try to maintain steady inventory, occasional delays can happen. We’re improving our communication and inventory forecasting to reduce this.

* Pricing Transparency: One thing I want to be very clear about—we disclose all of our product prices, fulfillment fees, and shipping costs upfront, before anyone becomes a paying client. In fact, we’re one of the only companies in this space that publishes full pricing publicly so people can make an informed decision. We encourage everyone to do their due diligence before investing.

* Fulfillment & Shipping Costs: The $2 fulfillment fee includes picking, packing, branded insert options, and quality control. Shipping rates are based on real carrier costs, and we’re negotiating better rates all the time to help keep your margins strong.

* Customer Support: We primarily use email for accountability and tracking, but we absolutely offer phone calls when needed. If we missed you or didn’t meet your expectations, that’s on us—and I’m sorry for that. I’ll personally review how we can tighten up communication across the team.

* The Bigger Picture: You mentioned that Rocktomic is the only one making money—truth is, we only win when our clients win.
