Overall great experience. Very punctual, very polite and super helpful. Reasonably priced to move a couple of large items and helpfully carried up quite a few stairs.

Great job, they arrived on time and they were very helpful, we finished in 2h, I highly recommend them!

My move has been hell from start to so far - flat was not ideal or ready by any stretch to move in to , broadband from Three - should have known. Then Dusk decide they weren't going to answer customers urgent communications whilst disconnecting their phone service so my bed was delivered to wrong address. But along comes Roger Van and they completely saved the day, instant booking and job done within 2 hours from start to finish.

Arranged on only a day's notice, the chap sent (Rojer) was on time, polite and very willing to get stuck in with the heavy lifting involved with moving from one home to another!

I made this booking with 14 hours notice. Marilyn was very quick in responding amd arranging it all.
The driver was about 20minutes late but it wasn't a big issue.
Would use them again.

Roger and his colleague were excellent. Roger was responsive and helpful when making the booking and questions prior to removal. They arrived on time and worked cleanly, quickly and without fuss loading everything in. They stacked the van extremely well, ensuring we maximised space. They took care of everything and ensured it all arrived in one piece at the storage unit. They also worked tirelessly to unload everything into the storage unit without fuss. My only suggestion for upgrade would be to stack the storage unit in a way that allows easy access to the boxes, as these may need to be accessed whereas things like wardrobes and beds aren't going to be needed until we empty the unit. That's a learning curve for me and something I would have loved Roger and his team to already have in their awareness. Other than that, no complaints and we would happily use them again. Great price too. Thank you
