Sofa bed was lower cost then other sites, the only issue I had was the delivery company took almost 5 days to contact me with a date. Other than that the deliver chaps carried it into the hallway as requested as I didn't pay for the assemble service.
What can I say? Incredible service. They went out of their way to save my sofa bed for me and arrange delivery for the earliest weekend.

First class service from start to finish. Steve gave me excellent advice when I phoned for more information. They arranged delivered for when I asked them and sent delivery updates the night before with an expected time. Delivery guys got it unpacked speedily and advised us on how to attach the feet and arms which was very helpful. Some marks on the wall with the delivery box trying to get it into the room unfortunately. Otherwise couldn’t fault the service and price was very competitive. Keep up the good work lads.
I found a chair I wanted on a well known website known for its reasonable prices. I found the same chair considerably cheaper on Rokoko and, I must admit had to check it wasn’t a scam as I’d not heard of the firm. The reviews reassured me and I placed an order. Great company. They even rang me up when I had a query. They definitely exceeded all expectations and I would use them again.
Decided to place an order with Rokoko Home for a small Sofabed for my office/spare room. I had seen the exact same item on a well known home store website costing considerably more. Easy order process, and Sofabed arrived within the two working day delivery time. Delivery people were excellent and carried, what was a considerably heavy box upstairs for me.
