SOLO TRAVELLERS BEWARE !!! Advertised as £3869 per person --- when i tried to book, i was quoted £7799 --- according to the CEO if i book on my own the price doubles as the cabins are designed for two people -- the advert does say at the bottom of the page in teeny-tiny script the £3869 is based on two peole sharing but what a b** cheek to sc$$w single people in this way -- there are no single cabins????

Staff Rachel Price was great, amicable, very helpful. She is knowledgeable and tick all the boxes in my experience. She is courteous and friendly. I wish her well. Hope everyone in your office will be like her. Keep up your good customer service.

The lady who dealt with my enquiry (Jo ) was very helpful and polite. She managed to find details of a previous Cunard cruise we had been on that we had lost details of. The pre-booking process was very efficient. Great service!

clear efficient service

We previously cruised with ROL to Iceland and when we arrived at the airport to fly home we found that our flight had been cancelled by BA who initially told us to find a hotel and come back in 3 days when there was an available flight. We phoned ROL but could only get an answering service saying that they weren’t available because they didn’t work on Sunday! We had to find our own way home without any support from ROL.
This week we decided to give them a second chance and booked a Caribbean cruise with them and paid the agreed deposit of over £4000. Now they tell us that they misquoted the business class flights and the price only covered one way so ROL needed a further £3000. There was no concession or reduction offered so we cancelled the trip. That was 6 days ago and ROL still haven’t returned my deposit. ROL say they offer good value cruise trips but with awful service like this my advice is to stay clear.
