Roll Road service has been amazing and the bike is phenomenal
I brought an Emma 3.0 back in July 2024. It came promptly as expected but that’s not what impressed me. It’s the extremely attentive customer service that’s more like a concierge than service you can contact anytime to get answers. I’m wondering when they sleep.
The bike itself has been fantastic. It’s so good I never wanted to use my old ebike ever again. There’s something special about this company and they’re clearly trying really hard from design and quality to service. Let’s hope it pays off and they can afford to keep it up.
If you’re on the fence I say go for it. These folks are ready to bend over backwards to satisfy their customers so I wouldn’t wait for everyone else to find out and be just another number like with other companies.
Regarding the bike it’s fantastic. My first bike for annioki broke all the time, road like a slug and had lousy suspension. I didn’t realize any of this until I got my Roll Road Emma 3.0. Now I can’t even look at that piece of crap. I can’t believe I tolerated it for so long.
Emma letting me carry a passenger and cargo is exactly the utility I wanted and it does it effortlessly. I’m about to get a third battery (it came with two) for extra range. My old annioki had a massive 60ah battery but I’d rather pay to extra to keep riding my Emma just as far.
The Roll Road is good and I would say the same about Annioki’s customer service. What sets the two apart is the quality of their products and Roll Road is winning that by miles.
This bike really holds up the range at top speed and great power on the hills. Well enough to be in street traffic.
Let me start off by saying when I first ordered the my Emma 3.0 it was shipped almost within hours. I received the bike within almost 2 days. The packaging was really well put together so that the bike would not get damage at all. The assembly video on their youtube package was very detailed explaining the instructions. I was riding that bike within less one hour from when I opened the box. All tools were provided. As for the bike, well it has not disappointed at all. I must say that I am impressed on two things! Number one being the range and number two being the speed and power it hold during hills. Overall i personally think it’s a great bike for quick or even long rides.
Awesome Bike at an Incredible Price!
The Roll Road e-bike is everything you would want from a moped/motorcycle type of electric bike and I just hit the 100-mile mark on mine.
It’s well-made, attractive, has a capacity of 450 pounds, has two batteries that provide you with a range of up to 150 miles per charge, and a top speed of 35+ miles per hour.
Let me be clear, since someone put a 1-star review here (sounds like a grudge, if you read Roll Road’s response). Since the moment I contacted them with questions about the bike and a potential purchase, their customer service has been 100% outstanding. The online chat, e-mails, and their texts have been clear, concise, and always helpful. They literally ask you to take pictures of the bike and box when it arrives, including packing information, and send it to them, so that they know that it arrived safely, without damage, so that you are protected from any shipping damage and they can monitor who they use.
The bike has exceeded my expectations and I get compliments all the time from people who approach me when I’m on it/when I’m riding.
It is stable and smooth- including when my wife and I ride together, the steering is perfect, the brakes are outstanding, I love the turn signals and front/back lights, it’s quiet, and the super cushioned seat is very comfortable. The bike comes almost completely assembled, with just a handful of parts/accessories to put on the bike and they have both print and online directions. They sell accessories that fit the bike perfectly and the thought, design, and build quality on the Emma 3.0 are top in category. This bike could easily retail in the $4,000 range and it would be worth it and it’s sold for half that price! I completely commend Roll Road and recommend this bike to anyone looking for a full-sized, sturdy e-bike that is rider assisted and throttle-equipped.
It’s fast, has a good pick-up/starting speed, does great in the rain (with the thick tires), and climbs hills (on and off road) with ease.
This is one of the best purchases I have ever made and I would be happy to discuss the bike with anyone who has questions. There are many online video reviews that I have found helpful, as well!

Counter to negative review
Having read the negative review and Roll-roads response, I will say that I follow the roll-road version. My bike had a broken light/horn case. I contacted Anna and they replaced it immediately. She was thorough. What I also loved, Anna held my hand virtually from the first step of looking at their bikes through to the end. Actually she even checked in after the delivery of the case. They are helpful and kind and stand by their products. I do too.
These ebikes are not difficult to figure out and fix any issues. And I am not a technical person. Any issue I had was resolved on my own or with their help-operator errors too. Most ebike brands do not have brick and mortar stores in the US, but this brand has made their ebikes with usability and ease in mind. I have had my ebike since this summer and it has been an absolute dream to ride and maintain. And the company may be overseas but they respond faster than any company I have worked with.
I researched brands for a couple of years before I found Roll-Road. They seemed to be the best for my needs. I was so incredibly right, the Emma 3.0 is perfect. Riding with the “ebike grin” the moment I get on the bike. And the employees are the best!

Got the Emma 3 for Burning Man and trail riding. The entire time I was building it I was in direct text communication with Anna, their customer support lady who was sending me setup videos and answering all my questions.
She was also helping me get free accessories by doing photo shoots and such.
The bike was perfect for my need. Was surprised that the battery last so long. Especially with two batteries, I can ride for days.
I love how I start it with a custom code so I don’t need a key.
I love how it’s a two seater with pegs for my lady to go on the back, PLUS a massive lockable storage unit behind that. This is why I got the bike because Roll Road is the only company that has an Ebike for two people plus tons of storage.
The bike literally has everything I need.
The only downside to it is that it’s very heavy if you are attempting to lift it, which used to be an issue when I lived in an apartment but now I live in a house so it’s not an issue for me.

I bought my Emma 3.0 Roll Road new. I've had one minor issue that they have been addressing with me. Overall, I stand sure that the bike is solid and am having a great time with it. I understand when I purchased the bike that they wouldn't be local but they have video support, texting, with email support. My bike is newer, so, time will tell when I have to start replacing parts and bleeding brake lines. Hope one day they are local. There is always a risk with lithium batteries; however, we must read labels and adhere to instruction of care. Make sure there are safety steps the company has taken to provide the safest product. The range I get with full load of my weight of 290 lbs is about 30 miles. However, I don't ride that long. Thank you Ann for your continued support.

I ordered my Bike I the early spring 2024. They shipped it to a local bike store whom I had build and prepare the bike for me. The bike has performed great for the last 6 months. The customer service via email and texting has been very helpful. I usually get a response within 12 hours. I have been very satisfied with the bike and with any questions or concerns that have been addressed by their customer service team.

Beware of Roll-road ebikes (scam alert)
Edit: I got notified by trustpilot that roll-road replied to my review and was amazed of the story they came up with, which is just full of lies. This company is all lies. Also they never refunded me - I had to go through a credit card chargeback. If you are considering dealing with this company at least you are aware of the risks.
Long story short, beware of Roll-road. Here's how the scam works: they will ship a broken bike to you and will charge you (a lot of) fees for returning it, even though you did nothing wrong and that they're the ones at fault.
I purchased an Emma electric bike from Roll-road.com. The company sent me a broken bike, I'm talking completely wrecked, and with signs of use on top of that.
When I asked for a return for a refund or replacement they said I'll have to pay handlimg fees and roundtrip shipping of almost $500 in total. They kept saying that is their return policy. Seriously look it up in their site Although I kept saying the damage looks just way too bad, Roll-road tried to convince me to fix the bike, by myself first then at a local bike shop. Let me tell you, they have zero physical presence or customer service in the US. It's all based in China. They shipped me some replacement parts directly from China and I took the bike to a local shop who said quote: "it's unrepairable and unsafe. It's way too damaged, and even if you fix that it may one day get your whole home on fire". The bike shop also said the bike has significant signs of use. I already suspected that the bike has been used prior to the bike shop evaluation but roll road rejected my claims that it looks used. In general, they never address your concerns, ex: you email them about signs of use, they will reply that "they're so sorry for the damages". This is intentional. After I told them that the bikshop also said there are significant signs of use they came up with an excuse that all their bike are tested physically, BY RIDING on each and every single of them. I mean... Come on!
They will keep referring you to their return terms which state lots of fees for returning / exchanging technically to steal money from you. It's a scam. Also, don't be fooled by YouTube reviews, these are paid reviews and the reviewers are treated differently than how you will be. My recommendation - save yourself the headach and go look elsewhere.
