Roller Garage Solutions Ltd Avis

Derren was always on time, courteous and explained the problems of fitting a new door to the old garage which he overcame. I would have no problem with recommending him to anyone.

We experienced problems with our rollerdoor following the theft of our car plus the garage remote. We contacted RGS and Darren responded to our enquiry. He quickly identified the problem which had not been helped by well intentioned meddling! We have no hesitation in recommending Darren and have been very impressed with his expertise, politeness and very reasonable price.

Good quality product and fast service from quote to final installation

What a great company. I called with a roller door problem. Not only did Darren (I think) sort things out for me but helped throughout the process patiently, politely and clearly despite my total lack of knowledge with the device which needed re-programming. I cannot recommend you highly enough. THANK YOU!

Absolutely fantastic service from Derren at Roller Garage Solutions! He came out incredibly quickly when we had an issue with our garage, and had it fixed in no time. The price was very reasonable, especially considering how fast and professional the service was. On top of that, Derren is just a genuinely nice guy—friendly, polite, and easy to talk to. We couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend him to anyone needing garage repairs or installations.

Fixed problem very quickly and friendly service

Very professional and prompt service.
Excellent communication and we are very happy with our new Roller garage door.
We highly recommend this company and Derren. Thanks

Derren recently advised us during our purchase of a new roller garage door, recommending the one that would best suit our needs and budget. Derren was extremely responsive to messages and the installation date was within a short timeframe. I appreciated the time taken to demonstrate how the door operated and to answer any questions I had. Thank you Derren, we couldn’t be happier with your service and our new roller garage door!

Installer was friendly.Kept to time scale. Kept me informed

Derren was great, very informative when choosing which door to go with, and really happy with the end result.

Gave a free quote and was quick to arrange a date to replace our garage motor. Very prompt and professional.

Free quote. Engineer was prompt, polite, professional and addressed all of the issues with our 19 year old roller door. Very good prices. Will be using again and is highly recommended!

Derren was very professional and extremely helpful. Job completed within time allocated and kept clean and tidy.

Really happy with Derren and RGS. Moved into a "fixer upper" and wanted a new double roller garage. Derren came round immediately, made everything clear and simple and then patiently waited for us to pull the trigger. Door turned up on the Wed, Derren and team were there to fit promptly on the Thu, and were gone by early afernoon and we now have a garage door that has totally changed the (frankly dated!) look of the front of the house. Couldn't fault anything.

Contact RGS I couldn't get a fob to work Derren call said he was in the area and called in fix the problem very quickly would recommend 👍

Our garage door broke just a week or so before Christmas but Derren was able to order a replacement in for us and installed it on Monday 23rd Dec, he was also quick but thorough with the installation and explained the details of the old garage door and how the new one supplied was better etc.
I would recommend.

I had a 5m wide roller garage door installed by RGS in December 2024 to replace an existing worn-out one. It's an excellent quality door and was installed quickly and at a competitive price. Good communications from quote to completion. Unfortunately, on installation it emerged one of the shutter slats had a few scratches on it but they installed a new replacement within a few days with no quibbles. Pleased with the finished result and happy to recommend.

Very professional approach, good selection of options given the small space that was available and installation was quick and efficient.
I am very pleased with the finished result.

I can’t fault this company, Derren couldn’t have been more helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Really pleased with the service that was received and I would highly recommend.

Took time to assess my problem, made my garage door secure, then quoted price for new door and did great fixing job when new door arrived. Great service from start to finish
