Roller Garage Solutions Ltd Avis

Very professional, punctual and polite and did a very good job. Advising what was needed to do a great job. Very impressed

Excellent job.

Very helpful and thanks for your recommendation.

After 20 years since our house was built, the garage up & over doors were showing their age, both in operation and looks. They no longer matched the rosewood effect of our UPVC doors and windows due to fading, and needed to go. After some research I contacted RGS and Derren was round the next day to give us a quote. The whole visit was very comprehensive and all options for a pair of electric roller shutter doors were gone through. Derren made no attempt at a hard sell for the most expensive, but fully explained the differences of the whole range. We agreed on the SeceuroGlide Roller Excel in Rosewood finish for both doors, and two weeks later Derren was back, ably assisted by John to do the job. Have to say, the doors do look the business, they are an excellent match with the existing doors and windows, and we are very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this company.

Communication was good. Installation happened when Derren said it would. The door looks good and we are very happy with it.

Derren is a very professional. The company provides excellent customer service and a quality range of garage doors. The installation of a new door has improved the kerbside appeal of our house. Highly recommended!

Derren couldn't have been more helpful. Excellent service from start to finish, highly recommend!

It was an excellent service from the beginning to the end by the company. Darren arrived on time to give us a quote for a new garage roller shutter door. It was a reasonable quote. He gave me all the options for the new door. The door was made and installed on time. It looks great. I would not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

You are genuinely in good hands with this company, Derren is a lovely man to deal with & you can tell he cares about the end product. I was kept informed through the whole process & was given exactly what I asked for. The quality of the garage door is by far the best on the market! I highly recommend RGS to others & wish every trade worked in the same way, thank you!!

Derren was polite, professional and had a great deal of ‘real’ knowledge!
Our double roller garage door was old and needed replacing but he even spent the time trying to help us fix it when he came to assess and quote. He also spotted that it was an unsafe door supplied by a dodgy company
Can not fault this service at all from start to finish

The team fixed my broken garage on priority

I found the whole process very smooth and professional from survey and quote through to completion of the works.
I would highly recommend this company to friends and family.

Quick fitting and the door looks very smart.
Thank you

Good efficient service delivered earlier than expected. Pleased with finished result

I had a great experience with Derren. He provided me with a great quality garage door quality at a very reasonable and practical cost compare to the other quotes I got.
He workmanship, responsiveness and services are excellent always providing an appropriate solution my requirements.
I will definitely recommend.

AVOID DERREN...AVOID RGS...A SCAM...VERY POOR LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALISM.
This is a cowboy service, and I wouldn't encourage anyone to use this service.
He was paid in full, took advantage of a lady who didn't know the workings of the garage, and did cowboy work.
A garage shutter he claimed to have repaired failed to work after he left and when he was informed, he has
declined to return, only because he knew he had damaged the garage shutter.

He is a scam and not fit to provide a service

I can bet that most reviews here are false reviews from friends and family.

You have further demonstrated your poor level of professionalism by smearing my name.

My wife has contacted you severally, but you informed her you were not returning to rectify a garage you completely damaged.

The only reason you have refused to return and come here to smear my character for giving you a poor review is because you are fully aware you completely damaged that garage.

Once again, you are a scam...no wonder no new reviews have come here, sometimes people don't bother to leave a poor review and line with their loss, but my goal is that you never have the opportunity to take advantage of poor families and then resort to smearing the character of poor families.
Trust Pilot is much more professional and will follow this through and not just delete my very poor review of my experience with you.

A good workman will return to review the garage, but you simply declined, and there is proof of that.

Really good service, would highly recommend, great doors, Derrren was very friendly and kept us informed about our garage door installation. We are really pleased with RGS. Thank you

Simple no fuss arrangements. Quick diagnosis of the problem and appointment made as early as possible.
The job was finished before the estimated time and all completed to satisfaction. Recommended

RGS were extremely friendly and speedy in terms of quoting and keeping us informed of the process of the order. Fitting was smooth and looks great!

Derren attended promptly and came back the following day to do the work. He was friendly and helpful and fitted a new garage shutter door motor within a couple of hours. I recommend his services to anyone needing repairs to their garage door.

Really nice, good service. Fit the door very well and was very knowledgable. Would recommend.
