Order and delivery handled quickly and next working day as promised. Product quality seems good but could have done with a bit more foil tape (or I should have used it more sparingly). I'll let you know in the winter how well it all works.

Exceptional service
I purchased some materials in 2020 and found Roma to be very helpful so I went back for some advice and materials for my own home. Graham , Dale and then entire team were great. Even though there was a slight delay on the delivery they all worked tirelessly to make it happen so I could meet my deadline

Excellent customer support
I just wanted to take a moment to mention Roma customer services who gave me technical assistance this afternoon over the phone. This is an item way out of warranty but nevertheless they took the time to help me work through a fault. I will shortly be installing a new system in an office conversion and definitely will be making sure I use a Roma product, decent customer service can be rare and is appreciated
