Brilliant services
I’m very pleased with the services offered by this company. All straightforward, good initial explanations, no hidden fees and competitive prices. The car was in good shape and clean. The two operatives I was dealing with were professional, well educated and polite.
After I returned the car, two days later, I realised that I forgot a personal item in the glovebox. The operative, going beyond his work obligations, was very kind to return it to a family member, as I was not in the country anymore.
It’s already my second time using this company and it’s top of the list for my future car rentals. I recommend it without any reserves.

Esperienza negativa da tutti i punti di vista mi hanno consegnato una macchina di carrozzeria tutta graffiata e paraurti scassato ,interni sporchi con buchi sul sedile guidatore e dietro sporco di erba, la cosa più bella alla consegna della macchina ha voluto 30 Ron perché la macchina diceva che era sporca , incredibile mai più noleggero una macchina da questa agenzia noleggio.

Riguardo alla carrozzeria: il tipo di veicolo è indicato espressamente nella prenotazione, inclusi il modello e la generazione, proprio per evitare qualsiasi confusione al momento del ritiro. L'usura specifica all'età del veicolo e gli eventuali graffi al paraurti anteriore non sono stati e non vengono addebitati ai clienti in alcun modo, né al ritiro né alla restituzione.
Riguardo agli interni: il veicolo è stato consegnato pulito, condizione verificata e documentata prima di ogni consegna, in quanto requisito essenziale.
Riguardo ai 30 RON (circa 6 Euro): tale importo è stato richiesto esclusivamente per la restituzione del veicolo non lavato esternamente, condizione prevista contrattualmente e descritta nelle Condizioni di Noleggio disponibili sul nostro sito.

Everything went well
Everything went well, in an easy, pleasant and on time way. A gentleman met us at the Iasi airport and drove us to the rent office, another gentleman met us in the neighborhood of the Suceava Airport, took the car up and drove us to the airport. The total amount of the renting period (8 days) was paid at the moment of the car pick-up by credit card and according to the renting contract, and we were not requested to pay for any extra hidden costs. The car was pretty new and in good general conditions. We strongly recommend Romanian Car Hire.

VW Polo e o alegere foarte bună pentru oraș: simplu, eficient, fără bătăi de cap 😄
Data viitoare merită să arunci un ochi și pe oferta completă: avem inclusiv modele premium, iar ca și client fidel îți putem face oricând un upgrade gratuit către o categorie superioară (de exemplu de la un Golf la o clasă premium), în funcție de disponibilitate.
Te așteptăm cu drag 🚗

La ridicarea mașinii totul a decurs bine, rapid și profesional deși mi-ar fi plăcut ca locația să fie mai bine iluminată, având în vedere ora târzie. La predarea mașinii am fost nevoit să aștept aprox. 25 de min. deoarece angajatul de serviciu nu era la locație.
Mașina curată, nouă, prețul rezonabil.

Defecțiunile tehnice pot apărea oricând, însă, având o experiență de 20 de ani în domeniu, știm că cel mai important lucru este siguranța și confortul dumneavoastră.
