A second good experience.
We had used Roman Rod a few years ago to clear a blocked drain, which they did very promptly, quickly and efficiently. This time the drain was not yet fully blocked but we could see signs that it might become blocked. Roman Rod came first thing on the agreed day, texting us to let us know when to expect them (earlier than we had expected). Again the job was done very quickly and efficiently. It helped that they knew the layout of our system.

Amazing service
Amazing service! Came at short notice just before Christmas to unblock a drain that another company had failed to do and had even said that the drain had collapsed and would cost £3000 to repair!
Sam was incredibly professional and kept me fully informed throughout the process and sorted the problem that day so we were ready for Christmas at a fraction of the cost quoted by the other company (there was no collapsed drain). The most honest and reliable trades person I have met in a long time.
I cannot recommend him highly enough!

highly recommended family business
I requested service by email over a weekend.
I was pleasantly surprised and pleased to exchange emails over the weekend with agreement to attned the property on the Monday morning.
The service was both extremely efficient and courteous - they wanted the customer to be delighted and insisted I call back should the problem reoccur soon.
I discovered this is a family run business operating in this area for 40 years. It shows.
HIGHLY recommended service.

Clear and prompt communication…
Clear and prompt communication throughout. Sam managed to fit the job in a day earlier than planned. He turned up courteous and cheerful - fixed the problem quickly and was very respectful and positive throughout. Have used this company on previous occasions with the inherent drainage problems of a Victorian house and would highly recommend them.

Great service
From the early morning distress call to finishing the job, Sam was calm and professional throughout and dealt with the blocked drain at my Mum’s house quickly and efficiently. I couldn’t have been happier and would highly recommend his services.
