Really quick response time and very friendly customers service. I didn't want to watch the video at the end of the transaction and got annoyed about not having a choice to skip it. So went back and wrote to them about it and asking to check that everything was okay with my order. They answered right away that everything was correct. And also checked up on my address since I'm from Denmark

After having issues with the needle flow I reached out and Nicol got back to me within hours. Her tips helped and I was able to complete the regimen. I was worried that the needle part was not working. So grateful for her assistance.

I didn’t find the product any good and when I tried to ask for a refund was asked to send a video. I just want my money back. Over priced and didn’t prick my skin. They have made it too difficult to obtain a refund, steer clear of theirs company

I am happy with the Rome products I received but I was not sure how many times to use it. Was it every day? every week/ No it was every 2 weeks so each vial lasts 4 weeks. I was contacted immediately with qn answer to my query.

Customer service agent was very helpful and accommodating to my request regarding canceling my order and also giving me an incentive to reconsider. I opted to cancel because it was very expensive and my finances wouldn't allow it at this time. I appreciated her expediency in getting this issue resolved.👍
