I can't seem to find the accessories listed in the manual. BBQ basket, kebab sticks, and a other items. Does Ronco not sell these items. Ronco says they will return all questions asked, but I have gotten a reply. Is this company still in operation?

I purchased a RONCO Model 5250…

I purchased a RONCO Model 5250 Rotisserie about 11 months ago. Comes with a 1 yr warranty. Used it ONE TIME. Will not turn on! I called their customer service and they said that RONCO was sold in 2018 and the new RONCO does not honor the old RONCO products. I purchased the unit in November 2021. The customer service person, Cindy, told me to take it to a small appliance place and have them fix it. I threw away $210.00. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN, will I purchase a RONCO product! You can bet this is going on GOOGLE Reviews!

I wouldn't order here anymore

I wouldn't order here anymore and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! I never got my order, but the worst part is that nobody at Ronco gives a damn about it! All my messages are ignored, I don't know how they can still get orders even though the service is terrible.

Still have not received my product…

Still have not received my product after almost 3 months, have called cannot get through, have email customer service and have not received a response after almost 2 weeks. Would never order from Ronco again.

I would not say the company service is poor but is the company overall. I tried to order product online except the website is not working. I called the customer service except they cannot tell when the website can be fixed. It is very frustrated especially when you called 2 or 3 times within a month. Does it take this long for a company to fix its website?

The rotisserie is awesome.
Like I said the rotisserie is awesome but the rib cage we NEVER got. I was also going to get the kabob set of six but they were not available anymore.
I am hoping that the rib cage and the kabob set will be available in the near future but we shall see.

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE

I have delayed this review to see if Ronco would ever come through with ANY communication at all. I am guessing I placed my order the end of February. I say guessing because I have never received a confirmation as the site stated I would. March 9, 2018 I received the first request to review Ronco which also stated Thank you for your purchase. March 23, 2018 I received another request to review and still no response from the Please contact me message sent on the Ronco site. If the Item is out of stock or some type of other problem exists, a simple customer contact would be nice.

At this point I will locate a similar product elsewhere and never purchase or recommend Ronco to anyone.

If Ronco is reading these reviews, CANCEL MY ORDER AND YOU NO LONGER HAVE THE AUTHORIZATION TO PROCESS MY CARD. I am writing this here since you will not respond to my numerous requests for contact.

I was really excited to receive a newer version of the product I ordered as it was time to replace the one I previously purchased and used for years. Loved the product but can not tolerate this type of customer service.

I made an order in March 2018 that never went through due to website issues. A month later customer service says when called they are still unable to accept orders....How are they even open?

I wish I could give less than One Star

I wish I could give less than One Star. What kind of company shuts down its online ordering center, and doesn't tell the customer?

I ordered an item for my mothers BDAY, and it never arrived. When I called Customer Service, I was told that all ordered were cancelled, and that they didn't know if they would ever be filled as the company was going through a restructuring. This company is clearly in trouble.

Worse experience ever

Worse experience ever! Ordered Rotisserie in March 2018 after waiting required time for shipment heard nothing. So up to last week after 3 calls and 2 emails, which I had no reply back whatsoever on emails, the 3rd phone customer service representative informed me that all orders placed in February 2018 on had been cancelled due to IT issues of Ronco’s system. I asked how come I wasn’t informed thru email, or two previous calls of this situation. He said I should have been and started asking me who I spoke to, what date I called, etc. I was furious!! This was a birthday gift. He said I wasn’t charged. I said if system down why did Ronco allow my order to be entered. Totally disappointed in Ronco and Customer Service. And what’s so sad I was going to order the more expensive Rotisserie for myself. That is 2 Rotisserie’s. Thank God I didn’t! Plus Thank God I kept calling Ronco. Just typing this is making me so upset!

Can't say anyone was rude

Can't say anyone was rude, no people involved at all. But I ordered a basket that showed to be in stock, been over two weeks ago now. Nothing.....no emails no tracking numbers, no one has replied to my email questions, and no one answers the phone numbers listed on their website...In this day and age, even the post office could have walked the package to me by now....I'm even in Austin where the office shows to be!!!

Will never purchase anything off of Ronco's website again....

"Technical" problems with website cause poor experience

Your website is "down" so the order didn't process. No one called or emailed to tell me this and I reached out via email about it with no response. Only received and explanation after calling multiple times and finally getting though to someone. Her answer was "year, our website is down so you order didn't come through so just find it in a store or something." Not very helpful! I was really hoping to get this Rotisserie for my husband for his birthday!

Out of business or just neglectful?

I have no details about my order from Ronco.com, because every attempt to get a hold of them has failed. Every email gets returned as undeliverable or that the email address doesn't exist, and their facebook page has suddenly disappeared. When i ordered my product 2 weeks ago, it was listed as in stock. I have not received an email stating it had been shipped, nor have I received an email that it had been delayed (as it was stated in their FAQ I would receive an email either way). Now, my item is listed as out of stock, as it everything else on their site. Did this company go out of business literally days after I ordered my 4000 series rotisserie?

This rotisserie was ordered to replace the same model I had ordered right before Christmas; the third time I used it, it wouldn't heat during the roast cycle. I tried contacting them for information to fix or replace, but was told there were high wait times and the email request I sent was never answered (sent in January).

Missing order

Our order never arrived and customer service never responded to our query. This is disappointing because we had such a great experience over the past twenty years with our previous Ronco Rotisserie that we replaced it this autumn. Still waiting on our skewers to make kabobs.....
