Pete was first class from start to finish. The RoofBunk matched the service and I am delighted with it. Have been to Ullapool, Gairloch and Skye - all on the west coast of Scotland so the RoofBunk has been used in sun, rain and wind! It was brilliant. My next trip is already planned for Fort William. This has been a great purchase and the quality and price are unmatched, as far as I'm concerned. I couldn't recommend it enough.

Found RoofBunk after spotting one on a van near me. I called Pete and he was really helpful without being pushy and answered all my questions. I had been considering the more well-known brand but I’m so glad I didn’t. Not only was the RoofBunk of equal quality, it’s bigger and came in £500 cheaper. I also had it fitted for free at the workshop. We’ve been out camping in it a couple of times as a family and can’t wait for more adventures to come!

Extremely happy with our Roof Tent. After lots of research, I settled on Roofbunk, comparing prices and Trustpilot reviews. I was not disappointed, as the service and delivery service was second to none. Pete’s communication was precise and quick.
As for the tent itself, I am extremely happy with it and it’s functionality. The build quality is superb and the design is well thought out and entirely functional.
The only thing I’d say is it’s a bit smaller than I thought, however, I am using it with 3 kids. I will need to upgrade in a few years as they get bigger.
It looks great and draws a lot of attention when I’m pitching up. I also get a lot of folk approaching the van when I’m going about my daily business to ask about the tent and what it’s like.
If you’re new to Rooftents and don’t know where to start, Roofbunk is your best bet!

Delighted with my new Roofbunk tent. As soon as I placed the order, communication from the company was brilliant, keeping me updated with delivery.
The tent arrived and was very straightforward to build, although it didn't have any instructions, there was a video on YouTube that took me through each step.
The quality of the materials is fantastic. It feels solid and very comfortable. It's been tested in strong winds and heavy rain and came through unscathed. Can't recommend highly enough

Absolutely top quality, amazing roof tent, I'm so happy I chose roofbunk. I went for the soft shell explorer as I wanted roof windows to watch the night sky, it truly does have panoramic views. I watched a lot of videos before buying a roof tent and one thing that kept coming up was how much hassle it is putting the tent up and down, I haven't had a problem yet, it's quick and easy. Inside is really comfortable, and really big! It's like the tardis. Me and my son have loads of space. The mattress feels great and the built in usb light is a real plus. Also the customer service from Pete has was and continues to be amazing, Over all I'm really happy with my roofbunk explorer and would give it more stars if I could!

I spent a while looking to buy a roof tent box, after all they are not cheap and I had no experience owning one. Plus I hate camping in a tent. When I final made a decision to buy one from RoofBunk it was based on the XL size (140cm wide as opposed to some at 125cm) and the price. It was £300-£400 cheaper which is a sizeable amount of money but sometimes cheaper prices mean cheaper products so I was a little concerned. My concerned soon melted away thanks to pre delivery care I received. RoofBunk were and continue to be amazing. In an age when getting reasonable customer service seems a distant memory these guys just smashed it out the park. The product itself is amazing. The quality, ease of installation and use all as described, if not better. It's certainly cannot be compared to tent because it is so comfortable. I compare it to hotels and BnBs such is the comfort but of course parking in beach side carparks overnight often means you wake to the most incredible view. I think so far we have saved £1300 on overnight accommodation using the RoofBunk plus it's made us get out more as we can be more spontaneous. It is a lot money to spend but I can't recommend RoofBunk and their product more highly. Safe trails.

From initial enquiry to delivery of the Roofbunk, the experience was very very good. Communications were prompt and professional. The product (hard shell Roofbunk) is fantastic. Only used once so far at Shindig festival. I was a bit worried about using the ladder when a little worse for wear but it's so easy to get up and in there were no problems! Highly recommend this company and product.

The Roofbunk is perfect for us - the same quality and much cheaper (by£500) than competitors’ equivalents. Had it fitted - the service and advice were excellent. I’d recommend Roofbunk to anyone considering a hard shell roof top tent.

I've used my Roofbunk for about 3 months now and it's been great. Pops up and down straight away and I like the way it looks on my van.

I got my Explorer model about 6 weeks ago and so far I've been very happy with it. The product is great quality and the customer service has been really good too!

The tent itself is brilliant. It's spacious comes with lots of pockets, is comfortable and compact ontop of the car.
I took a few months looking at reviews of hard shell roof tents before purchasing the roof bunk. It is middle ground on the cost front and I can't recommend it enough for any keen camper !

Secondly the service recieved from Pete has been second to none.
Any question and query has been answered in depth with links to accessories ect and so much care and kindness in each message has made the experience of purchasing the roof bunk tent even more enjoyable.
Both Pete and the tent are fully deserving of a five star review. I love my one and hope for lots of sunny weather to carry on loving the camper life !

I came across roof bunk on gumtree whilst searching for a roof top type tent and was impressed by both the looks of the bunk and the fast response from Peter when I started asking questions about it.
Peter was very helpful and I decided to go and look at one of the bunks.
Peter wasn't at all pushy and let me have a good look round the bunk.
I purchased one from him and said I needed a longer ladder as it was going on the roof of my camper , Peter took the shorter ladder back and I just paid the difference for the extra long version .
It was a pleasure to deal with Peter and I can recommend him to anyone wanting this type of product.
