I am currently taking this company to court to recover £550 for my conservatory roof that they failed to repair back in January of this year. I have made several arrangements for them to fix the issue, to which they have failed to show up to every appointment. I urgently suggest everyone STAY AWAY from these scammers and DO NOT USE these tradespeople, they are certified conmen. They are extremely untrustworthy and are not a legitimate
Traders!!!!
In addition, they have now even taken down there website to avoid court proceedings and accountability for their action's.

Utterly disappointed with this company. I don’t usually write reviews, but I believe it’s important to promote transparency in purchases. I hired this company to fix my roof, and they guaranteed that they would repair any recurring damage. A few weeks later, after heavy rainfall, I discovered mould on my walls and water leaking through the roof.

When I contacted them about the issue, the builder began discussing personal matters, including how he’s looking for a romantic partner and doesn’t want to be alone for Christmas. I was deeply irritated, as I felt I wasn’t being taken seriously as a woman. After sending countless pictures of the damage, he found every excuse in the book to claim it wasn’t related to their work. Eventually, he reluctantly agreed to organise a visit.

It has now been three weeks, and I am still waiting for the visit. In the meantime, water is leaking through my roof again, causing even more damage. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Beware of these scammers. The company is being closed down, so please be warned. Even if it wasn't in process of being striken off, these guys are scammers and criminals, Chris Shepherds belongs to jail

We had two flat roofs that were supposed to be completely replaced. A few months later we had the main roof tiles completely replaced and I thank GOD we didn’t use these guys again. I got to see myself, when the scaffolding was up, they had not done what they had agreed at all. Instead of replacing the old flat roof they simply put the new one on top! The utterly shoddy job meant there was huge gaps for wind and certainly water to break in. I called William probably 15-20 times. I sent countless texts and even followed up with emails and I didn’t receive a single response to one of these attempts to get him out and look at the job whilst the scaffolding was up. He had the perfect chance to repair it with the scaffolding being up.

Well now we’ve had some bad wet weather and you guessed it we’ve got leaks in pretty much the exact place we had before which he said was caused by the roof. We have been absolutely conned by this this man. There’s no way his workers are well trained for the dreadful work I saw (which had been cleverly left out of shot in pictures he provided of the finished work)

At the time William said “I’ve been doing this for 19 years so you’re in good hands, and you’ve got 25 year guarantee”. Of course whilst the job was going on he was responsive but since has responded once (notably about 4 months after I was trying to get them out to look at the roof and I couldn’t believe he’d responded in the first place!). William said he would come out the same week to look at the leak and lo and behold he didn’t turn up and is unresponsive to follow up texts.

If this helps anyone just let it be a lesson you don’t have to go through, DO NOT USE! (They weren’t that cheap either)

Shocking quality of work which made the problem worse. Over charged and incredibly pushy about being paid immediately which isn’t surprising given the work didn’t hold up.

This company “repaired” my roof which caused a leak in the upstairs bedroom, leaking into my downstairs living room, took 10 days to repair said leak after many many phone calls to request for reparation and assurance that any damages caused would be covered by their insurance, the leak damaged our upstairs wallpaper, the ceiling lights in both rooms, the ceiling paper in my living room. All the meanwhile we had no use in our living room due to the leak was so large it leaked onto our sockets also. Till this date after 3 letters, one email, multiple WhatsApp messages, countless phone calls I’ve yet to receive a response from them in regards to the matter.

Do not use as they are quick to take your money, 0 aftercare or customer support.

Excellent through the whole project. Very professional and polite. Hard working team.

Bloody awful... ripped me right off !

Leafletted through the door and called these people. Terrible organisation. Don't answer calls. Don't return calls. When you get through, you're promised a call back with a date for a quote, and nothing. Chase again, and leave voicemail -nothing.

Imagine now you get some work done? And there's a problem...
