New roof installed and would highly recommend.

I would not recommend working with Joshua King and his company. I hired him to work on a flat roof in Ealing, he did the works and I paid him in full....then 2 weeks later a leak sprung in the brand new roof! I called him and revisited twice to try and work out the issue, but then gave up, stopped answering my calls and mails and disappeared. I thought he had gone out of business, but no, he just chose to avoid me. I assume that means my '25 year guarantee' is also pointless...6 months later, the leak persists, and Joshua seems to have washed his hands of me. I appreciate issues happen, but communicating with him and after sales support has been highly frustrating. As a result I would advise you to look elsewhere for roof works

I hired Joshua through a recommendation via a friend to partially re tile my roof! Joshua was extremely professional and efficient through out, I am very pleased with his work and have had no issues would 100% hire again and recommend!

Had a lovely new reroof everything was spot on was fast, reliable & always on hand would highly recommend!!!

Josh and the team were great, they fitted a 50sqm fibreglass roof all within a day. This was a flat roof with a slight pitch to allow the rainwater to fall off the back. This was onto my newly erected outhouse in the back of the garden.

In March 2021, I booked Roofing and Building Direct Ltd, owned by Joshua King, to replace my extention flat roof, so the water would flow/drain off and I would have a water proof roof. What I go was the total opposite. The worst decision evermade to contract this company. what followed is summarised below.
First the broke into the back of my house, when they turned up early in the morning, breaking my garden gate, and jumping on the gargae to get inside!
The roof fitted is NOT fit for purpose,within 24hours of them laying the roof water was leaking through and since then the leaks have appeared in multiple places, causing further damage to the interior of the building. the interior ceiling, all caved in and is now fallen too.
He repeatedly guaranteed no leaks a water tight roof ! Additionally,the entire roof is holding water like a reservoir, atleast3-5inches deepin over the entire roof. The roof was left in a worse state than before he began the work-HE failed to provide a service with due care and skill.
He was threateneing, when we said we wouldnt pay the full amount untill he repaired the leaks and made it water tight, he threatened to come take the roof off. This was whilst it was raining buckets.
It is now 2 months on, and he still refusing to come fix the leaks and damage despite repeated emails and an intermediary the roofing asssociation he is a member of intervening. I am now taking him to court .
I would NOT recommend this company

02/2018 hired to fix a flat roof, ended up having a major leak the day after rainfall in which the entire bedroom was pretty much flooded, everything was ruined. Had to claim on our house insurance to replace items.
Joshua king took no responsibility for this and we took him to court and WON! However 3 year later still have not received our money and he has a CCJ over his head! If your reading this please pay us! You have my email address! He is also using fake address so the bailiffs can’t find him! PLS DO NOT TRUST!

This firm super good got an good quote n job completed quicker than expected.

I saw my neighbour had a board outside in Richmond of this company so I contacted them. I’m always worried about using builders increase they over charge.

I got 3 quotes from different companies and these guys came out at a fair price (not the cheapest) they explained exactly what they where doing and each charge. The job was done very well and they really made me feel comfortable
