I’m 200 miles away and my rental needed a new roof. It was therefore important for me to get a BBB roofing company that is efficient, competent, reasonably priced, and very transparent. Roofsonly.com checks all my requirements. From initial consultation to project completion, Jake has shown a degree of professionalism that is unparallel. My 1958 house had a lot of rotted wood, and Jake replaced them at no additional cost. He also worked with me on the financing side which I appreciate greatly. I have worked with Jake before, and that guy is a shingle perfect guy, he will never stop until he is 100% satisfied about his work, he doesn't treat your house as a potential to make money he treats it as it is his own house, i highly recommend him.
