Supportive, understanding and helpful
When I was sharing a storage unit with my now ex-partner, the payments weren't being made as promised. Long story short, I reached out to Roomia (formerly Storage King) to see what my options were.
The team was incredibly kind, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. They helped me organise my own storage unit so I could move my personal belongings, and more recently they've made downsizing my unit so easy as well.
Everyone at the Clyde North Roomia deserves recognition for the compassion, understanding, and exceptional customer service they've shown me during a really difficult time.
It's because of experiences like this that I'll continue to use and recommend Roomia to anyone looking for storage. Thank you for making a stressful situation so much easier.

As I said in my other review Maria went above and Beyond last Saturday after hours to help me get what I needed and Leanne has helped me from the beginning when storage kink opened. I’m very happy with the service and deals they give me as a repeat customer

I’ve had an excellent experience over the years. I’ve just packed up my fourth storage unit, and the level of customer service has always been outstanding.
Maria was particularly wonderful to deal with, friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. Nothing was ever a bother, and she made the whole process smooth and stress free.
I highly recommend Roomia Storage to anyone looking for reliable and well managed storage solutions. I will definitely be returning for any future storage needs.
