Ignored my requests to cancel the order

I requested a cancellation of my order twice through the support email long before the order was shipped and i got completely ignored and sent a bunch of promotional emails anyways and they shipped the order.

Received wrong items. Customer service unreachable.

I received three glasses in the wrong color. I reached out as best I could to try and return the wrong color in exchange for the right items. I’ve never received a reply. I wasn’t upset at first, but now super frustrating I’m out $100 for something that doesn’t work for me!

It sometime happens that some items are still appear on website while we have no stock at the warehouse. I'm really sorry for such eperience =(

Item was fine but returns…

Item was fine. Cheap feeling but I feel like that’s what I paid for. I’m more frustrated about the fact that I’m trying to make a return and am having a difficult time getting in contact with the roomtery customer service team to approve my return. It’s quite annoying that you even have to get approved for a return and that there’s no other way to initiate a return without emailing customer service first. At the very least I’d rather have a phone number to speak to someone in real time. Instead I'm waiting days for an answer and now it has to be my responsibility to continuously follow up.

Stain on pillowcase

It took 2 weeks to get my order. The fabric is thin and cheap looking. My pillow case came with a stain on it that won’t come out. I’m really disappointed.

3 weeks after ordering and still haven’t received my package or been able to track.

You placed your order on February 8th, and the package was shipped on February 12th.

It is currently scheduled for delivery on Monday, February 23rd. A shipping confirmation email, which included your tracking number, was sent to you on 12th as well.

Additionally, we did not receive any inquiries from you regarding difficulties with tracking the package.

Hello, Zoe. There's no physocal possibily to refund your order to the different card. You order was cancelled and refunded to the original method of payment. When payments are made through Apple Pay, the card number displayed in your banking app may appear different due to Apple’s secure payment token system, but the refund is always returned to the original payment method.
