I was hesitant to sign up for Roomvu after reading several negative reviews, but the sales representative assured me those were outdated and that the company had improved its system. I was also promised a 7-day money-back guarantee if the service didn’t meet my expectations.

The concept sounded good, so I decided to give it a try, afterall there was a 7-day money-back guarantee. Within hours of exploring the platform, I realized the content wasn’t applicable to my geographic location and didn’t fit the branding image I wanted. I immediately tried to cancel, but the sales rep encouraged me to complete the onboarding call first, again assuring me I could still cancel within seven days for a full refund.

After the onboarding call, I reiterated that the platform was not a fit and requested cancellation. I sent multiple emails to support and called the 1-800 number, where I was told my requests were received but couldn’t be handled by phone, but the refund was in process.

Then, on the eighth day, I received an email stating they would not refund my money and that I was locked into a one-year contract.

Very patient with the questions I had. He helped me correct some things I had done on my own. He gave me insights into features I did not know about that will help my business. I hope to get his help again in the future.

Most of the plans ends on the pocket of the company, they don't really deliver what they say. No CRM for the employees, no DNC, late payments, micromanagement

En RoomVu no hay seguridad, nunca sabes si te quedas o te vas. Bajan las comisiones cuando vez que pasas sus métricas, te desaniman en las meetings diciendo que lo haces mal y no te respetan como empleado. El jefe directo del departamento de ventas no sabe del sistema solo sabe vender, y por eso no le dan mucha autoridad. Si alguien opina que puede hacer algo mejor se ofende entonces no te puedes expresar. El CEO ve tus feedbacks como ataques y te corre. En realidad solo tienen voz los empleados de la orina y aun así yo personalmente vi llorando mínimo a 3 en sus juntas. Los pagos casi siempre tarde, hasta por 5 o 6 dias. Te obligan a trabajar varios fines de semana sin paga, te lo pagan con más tiempo. Sus leads son las peores de cualquier compañía que haya trabajado en los últimos 10 años, le hablas a la misma gente porque no hay Do not Call list, no tienen un CRM interno para ventas, tenían Hubspot y se lo quitaron por que tenían que pagarlo, usan zoho para RH solamentr, asignan tareas de manera aleatoria y si preguntas por qué te ven mal. Son miles las razones para no recomendar esta empresa.

This service does not merit any stars. This DID NOT GEt FIXED...I STILL CAN'T download any videos as an Mp4 to my computer ... the statement that I could download and then post the mp4 to other platforms is wrong. I haven't been able to do this since I purchased Roomvu 3 months ago and im sick of this not getting Fixed. !!!!!!!!!
