They were very professional from the first phone call until Christian, who works for Roost heating , came to repair the boiler. Very reasonable charges too .

There was no delay for services. The work was done professionally. Clean and competent.

The engineer today with the help of Ben really tried to sort my problem. They were both courteous and kept me in the picture.

Speedy service from Roost, when our old boiler broke in December, worst time of the year! Ben, Jack & the Team were friendly, professional and very courteous. New boiler installed in less than a day and we've now taken out Roost's service plan. Absolutely transformed the temperature of our house - now cosy and warm, like never before.

Christian was first class!! Serviced our boiler and gas fire and gave us a clear verbal report as well as the emailed documents. He also spotted our Nest sensors were off line - and provided coaching through a tricky process to sort them out!!! Could not ask for more - thankyou!!
