Ordered T-shirt the day after Christmas...after reading negative reviews reached out via email to Lizado the day before yesterday (January 4th). They assured me my order was on the way and requested my patience as they are still experiencing supply delays since Covid. Today (January 6th) it arrived exactly as ordered and beautiful!!! Thank you!

This place sucks!! Ordered my shirt the beginning of July 2019 have got nothing but excuses since! Save your money!

Got my T shirts today after ordering June 2019. 10 months ago. They must have got into trouble with PayPal with so many complaints as they were not allowered to give refunds thru PayPal . Pleased with product at last. PayPal did not do much for long time. So they cut them off. The best they could do

Orderd product in july!. Still have they to deliver. Customer service could not be worse. This company is a scam, PLEASE save your money!!!! They blame manufacturer issues. So easy to blame someone else. Please see reviews and RUN from this company

If I could give it no stars I would!!! I ordered in May, it is now November. They emailed me at least 4 times claiming my order got lost so they reordered each time and I for sure would have it in 10 days and NOTHING! I finally got my refund! Horrible customer service!

This is a pure scam. I bought 2 t-shirts, I never received the tracking number or anything, I tried to resolve it by email, they started to send me automatic responses, at the end I decided to please the case in PayPal and finally after 6 months I received my money back. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

They never send your order. They promise to send but never do. They are thieves, they took my money and never delivered the product. We need to file a police report.

Absolute Scam! Stay away from these individuals. Ordered from them back in June 2019 and as of Nov.2019 haven't received anything. Told them to cancel my order but they keep telling me that they're having problems with PayPal and need my bank information. Wish I would've read the reviews before making a purchase. Seems as though everyone else is having the same problems. Does anyone know where this business is located? At this point it would be worth taking legal action against them.

I wished I had read these reviews before I ordered my shirt back in August. Still nothing!!!!

As with all the other reviews, I placed an order 3 months ago and despite being told at least three times it was shipped and ‘please wait a few more days’, the items never arrived. Luckily PayPal issued me a refund.

Same as every other review on here, been waiting for over 4 months & keep getting BS replies.
If this is actually a company they need to be shut down as they are extremely useless.

NO STARS. Ordered in July. Just about a bunch of lies. Now they are asking for my banking information - "We will gladly refund you the purchase amount. At the moment we have technical problems with PayPal. In order to avoid unnecessary waiting times for you we would like to refund you the purchase amount by transfer to you. For this, however, we need the ABA Transit Routing number, account number and holders name. As soon as we receive this information from you, we will of course immediately initiate the refund." FRAUD!!! Kiss your money goodbye. My money bought them a one-way ticket to HELL.

Apparently my order has been shipped.. not sure if I believe them.
I also ordered back in July. I contacted them numerous times asking when it would ship. Same story...apologies and no resolution. I finally requested a refund on whole shipment, they came back with a 30% refund and told me it would ship within a few days. One and a half months later it is apparently on its way to Canada. We'll see..

The reviews below are 1000% correct. I have been told the same BS from them over and over again. I am going to pursue legal action and dispute the charge with my credit card company. STAY CLEAR!!

Like many on this site, it has been well over 3 months and nothing received. Promises to reprocess the order and get me a tracking number, but nothing yet. Finally requested a refund, but based on everyone else's feedback, I feel like that's wishful thinking.

Nothing was ever shipped. No return of funds as at this time. 3 months overdue.

Should be ZERO stars. Truly a scam. Placed an order, waited months. Only received false assurances and promises that they were working 24/7, the shirts would be here soon, would be here in another 10-15 days. Stay far away from these thieves.
