We take claims like this very seriously. Stating that the perfumes are “completely fake” is a very serious accusation and not something we take lightly.
Before any order is dispatched, each perfume goes through a quality control process where we check multiple aspects including the packaging, bottle, cap, batch code, and most importantly the scent itself to ensure it matches the original fragrance profile. We do not ship products without inspection, and we stand by the authenticity of the products we sell.
We have also responded to your message previously, as we take customer concerns seriously and always aim to address any issues raised.
We do have a 7-day return and exchange policy in place if you are dissatisfied with the product, subject to the perfume being in its original condition as received.

I made a recent purchase with them. Bought 6 perfumes in total. I would like to confirm that they are ALL fake! Be careful and do not be deceived like I was. Buy from well rated sites. I didn’t do my due diligence unfortunately before my purchases. Please stay away!! The perfumes I bought don’t even last an hour. The good brands that people rave about and are known for great projection are nil. They smell nice when you spray and the scent dies down immediately. Absolutely horrible. What a loss!

I ordered a perfume and no one got back to me. Money is deducted, no one contacted me for delivery no confirmation email. I sent them an email and WhatsApp but they are ignoring. It has been a week now.

Unfortunately every single item they sell is fake, while they claim it’s authentic and charge you 5 times more than they should for the fake items.

I ordered a replica of Tea Escape perfume, but what I received was clearly fake. The bottle was off, the font looked wrong, and the overall quality was nothing like the original. Very disappointing!
