I was so impressed with my first order…
I was so impressed with my first order from Rope Source, that I bought more rope from them. The ordering process was easy, and the communication good right up to the point of delivery. My only slight criticism is that they offer ropes in 10 or 50m lengths. Something in between (say 30m?) would be helpful....

The cotton clothes line is much better than my previous plastic one. The clothes pegs do not slip and it is easy to set up and store. I wish I had bought one years ago.

Purchased rope and tighteners for pulley washing line. Rope had large flaw in. Tighteners did not work like my old ones. Unfit for purpose. Emailed company twice. Emails ignored. Called and no answer. TERRIBLE customer service. Avoid

I had the information I needed almost immediately, so ordered online and the delivery came within 2 days.
The rope itself is simply outstanding and absolutely perfect for what was needed
This is 5 * star service and product . I would urge you not to shop anywhere else !

Great service for the actual order.
But when I paid, an erroneous message was sent immediately.
It thanked someone called JOHN in large capital
Letters and said payment had not been taken. On ringing and talking to Rope Source I was informed it was a glitch on their system.
However I thought either Rope Source had been hacked or I had been hacked.
Apparently not, but this glitch had occurred previously I was informed and I think it should be corrected.
Delivery of order was prompt and perfect, but the technical problem caused some stress and a loss of my valuable time.

Cheaper than Amazon even after paying for shipping so always a win supporting a UK business. I purchased cord for restringing blinds and it's a better quality than the original cord!
