    I ordered eight dozen ‘Sexy Lady’…

    I ordered eight dozen ‘Sexy Lady’ Garden Roses/Peonies in three different orders, on 10/25, & two more 10/26. First, an email I get says tht rather thn the 48 stems I ordered, only 24 will be delivered. Thats it. An email. Two dozen jst not sent!
    Then the one tht wr delivered were brown & disappointingly unappealing.
    I sent pictures w my own email tht the recipients hd sent me. I have yet to hear back from Rosaholics about any of them!

    After multiple communications I was…

    After multiple communications I was assured my roses would be delivered on November 6. 2025 the day before my mother's funeral. Here we are day of funeral and still no flowers for her funeral in 3 hours. When I was concerned Monday that they hadn't even shipped I was made to feel like a bothersome shopper and had nothing to worry about the roses would be here in plenty of time but they are not I would not recommend using Rosaholics if you need your roses for something especially as important as your mother's funeral. They do not seem concerned about insuring your flowers make your event. They were responsive at first when telling me not to worry etc. However, I emailed them yesterday to tell them my roses had not arrived as promised and I would like a refund and will be happy to return roses if they ever show up. Zero response all day. So what now? I'm out $155 and still never got two dozen roses I can no longer use (which were for my family to put on grave with my mother), the experience is ruined because it was too late to get blue roses anywhere else and rosaholics just gets to ignore me and keep my money?? DO NOT RISK IT WITH THIS COMPANY! I THINK THEY ARE DOING THEIR OWN REVIEWS. The ones that say they do not arrive on time are 1000% accurate. Also, I ordered on October 25 for a November 6 delivery which is ample time for that to happen.
    Response to their reply:
    First off you were in communication with me the entire time because I was messaging you concerned about timing of delivery (not you keeping me posted of issues) and when I did finally get a reply from you it was always condescending and assuring me I was basically overreacting and they would be here in plenty of time until they weren't then you started blaming UPS. You're sighting delays by logistics (UPS) which I will happily provide photos to anyone who would like to see the LOGISTICAL DELAYS (they literally site several delays yes but the total amount of the delays is approximately 32 minutes) The bottom line is I emailed you on Monday before the Thursday the flowers were to arrive and just prior to replying to that email you printed a ups carrier pick up label however pick up was not made until Tuesday which in no way shape or form is enough time for a package to be delivered from Ecuador to Arkansas.
    Now you're trying to blame me for not ordering on a sooner date? I said in multiple emails I wanted to ensure the roses were there by November 6. Instead of saying we know there can sometimes be logistic issues so do you want to move that up a day or two. You assured me even promised I had nothing to worry about they would be there no later than November 6 which was the day before I needed them.
    I have yet to receive the roses but have yet to receive a refund even though I purchased insurance through your company. All you have offered is 20% discount on my next order WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN FROM ME OR ANYONE WE KNOW FROM ARKANSAS TO DFW.

    Dead on Arrival

    Do NOT buy! Complete waste of $$. Box of dead roses arrives a week late. Customer service won’t even respond. STAY AWAY. I’m a real customer in Texas, this site is a rip off.

    Glow Roses were cute

    Roses were cute. They should come with a card explaining that they are glow in the dark as they don't obviously glow and the person thought I just sent oddly off white roses. Once I came over and charged them with a black light, they glow a bit. The effect photos much better than it is to naked eye but it's still pretty cool and different. Excited to dry them and have them as a decoration.

    Absolutely Stunning Roses!

    I ordered a dozen Black Mamba roses for my sister-in-law, and she absolutely loved them! She said they were beautiful, soft, and unlike any roses she’s ever received. Since her birthday falls just a week before Halloween—and she’s a big Halloween fan—these roses were the perfect gift. The deep, dramatic color fit her personality and the season perfectly. I’ll definitely be keeping the link to this site—there are so many gorgeous roses and colors to choose from!

    I specifically requested for the…

    I specifically requested for the delivery to arrive after 2:00 pm because no one would be at the location till then and an attempt to deliver was at 9:58am and like I said no one was there to receive them. If the package is delivered on 11/4 in the morning again no one will be there to receive them. This ruined everything and im frustrated and disappointed because I can't get my refund. You guys suck. This will be the last time I will order flowers from this site.

As mentioned previously, deliveries are handled by the carrier between 7 AM and 9 PM, and unfortunately, a specific delivery time frame cannot be requested. The tracking details provided before delivery include the most accurate ETA available.

    I asked for my stuff to be delivered on the sixth and it says delivery is supposed to be on the 10th I don't need it if it comes on the 10th I need it on a 6 that's what I paid .

    The roses were in bad condition. Some were wilted, petals fallen off, and some stems broke. Very disappointing to my wife.

    Delivered on time, beautiful selection of roses. Would be a 5 but they substituted a rose color in my build a bouquet, and made a poor color choice so the bouquet was not pretty.

    You cancelled my order

    I placed an order as a sample prior to a larger order from your wholesale roses list which I think no longer is valid but still exists on your website, and my order was canceled and my money refunded . I would have honored it since the mistake was on your end and not mine . If needed you could have let me know the price difference or whatever was the issue . As a result , I did not place my full order and you lost my business.
