Rosebud Nanny Agency is owned and run by Abigail Plested, a former nanny, and has been operating since early 2013. Abigail is passionate about children and dedicated to giving them the best start in life. She believes stability in their home life is the best way to achieve this. At Rosebud Nanny Agency, we strive to match each family with the nanny who best shares their ideas on bringing up their children. We believe consistency is key, and a harmonious relationship between children, parents and their nanny starts with this. We offer a professional yet personal service to every family, where you as the parent are in control. We aim to make the recruitment process stress-free for you – we are happy to answer general questions and enquiries, with no obligation. Nannies, like childminders and most nursery staff, hold childcare qualifications, paediatric first aid certificates and DBS (formally CRB) checks. They also often hold nanny insurance, although it’s not a requirement unless they are Ofsted registered (so you can use the tax free childcare scheme, or childcare vouchers towards the nannys cost) They are your employee, they come to your house for their working day, and solely care for your child/children. This means you would employ them through PAYE and have a contract of employment (both things I will guide you with!) Nannies look after all ages of children – it depends on your family! If you have a child at home and one at school, you have a complete childcare option rather than using nursery for one child, breakfast and after school club for the other, and muddling through school holidays in any fashion possible. Nannies working days and hours are set by you as the employer, so are often the most flexible form of childcare. You pay for the hours you need. Fantastic Nanny Agency
I would definitely recommend Abi from Rosebud Nanny Agency. She is very professional and thorough in her work to find the right fit for the nanny and the family. When I am looking for new employment I always turn to Abi for her professional help. I always find her very helpful and that she always does her best to help. Even when I am not looking for employment I find Abi very helpful and professional in giving me advice if/ when it is needed.

Abi is a true professional when it comes to matching nannies and families together. Really listens to what the nanny wants out of a nannying job without feeling any pressure to take a job that may not be quite for you. Abi, really cares about the needs of the nanny. If I ever need a nannying job, a bit of babysitting or even temping Abi always finds me work without fail!! Always checks in to see how you are doing once you are settled into the job Abi placed you with. No question is ever too much, however big or small and you always feel reassured. I couldn’t recommend rosebud nannying agency more for either a nanny or a family, you will always be in safe hands!!

Completely Trustworthy you will receive the best service
We have worked with Abi and Rosebud Nanny Agency for years. We still process payroll for some clients that Abi placed Nannies with in 2019 - Her commitment and dedication to placing the right Nanny with each family is a credit to her. Best nanny agency around!
I will not use anyone else for my nanny and babysitting needs. Abi takes her time to find out what you want and then sets out to find the best people for you to interview.
Before we got a nanny we use Abi to find day and overnight babysitters. I was so happy with CV she sent over.
When we made the decision to get a nanny. She went above and beyond to support us though the contracts and payment set up. We now have a wonderful nanny and we couldn't be happier. Best decision we made.
I have a couple of holidays coming up that our nanny can't help with so I will be in touch with Abi again to help.
