Dog Land Ltd T/A Rose Cottage Doggy Daycare Avis 6

Really disappointed! My dog spent 9 nights with Rose Cottage at a cost of over £400. I was charged an extra £10 to drop him off on the Saturday which seemed mean considering the number of nights he was staying.

When I collected him, he was incredibly dirty, not just from a day of being outside, he also had poo stuck to his bottom and he could barely bark (this is a dog that does not usually bark much, and I can only think was as a result of a sore throat from too much barking).

Having been up all night travelling, the first thing that I had to do was give him a bath! Not impressed. I won't be using them again.

Absolutely lovely place for dogs and the staff are all a delight. Our dog has a wonderful time in the sensory garden now she is older and is really looked after. You can even get a much needed coffee on the way in and out and it’s all brilliantly organised!

Simply the best. Had a medical emergency. Called them out of hours to be told Bring your dog down and we will look after him until you are able to collect him.

I always bring my dogs here whenever I go away, the level of care and attention my dogs get always amazes me, truly such a great dog hoarding with staff who really care and are clearly passionate about what they do.
Nothing is ever too much, honestly could not recommend enough!!

Took my 18 week Labrador for daycare . Her 1st time and she absolutely loved it.. staff was very friendly and welcoming. Let me know that she had settled in ok and again let me know how she had got on when I collected her.. I have a very tired puppy and she will be definitely going again 🐾

We took our two pooches (a lurcher cross greyhound and a poodle cross greyhound) to the Field of Freedom for the first time today and it was such a great experience from start to finish - we were welcomed straightaway, all staff friendly, knowledgeable and and very helpful, and the field we booked was so secure and of really huge size and space without being overwhelmingly big/far, we felt safe in the knowledge that our reactive dogs couldn’t escape and other dogs couldn’t approach us either. Definitely recommend and will definitely be back! Thanks so much!
