I spent quite a while looking through different knitwear before placing my order because I wanted something I would actually wear more than once or twice. I ended up choosing a soft jumper with a slightly looser fit and it has been a good choice. The material feels pleasant against the skin and it layers well under a coat. The colour was also very close to what I saw online. It feels like an easy everyday piece rather than something I have to save for a certain occasion.

Really pleased with the cardigan I chose. It looks just as nice with trousers as it does over a dress.

Do not buy from this company. It took them 7 weeks to let me know my purchase was out of stock and when I asked for a refund it took 4 emails for them to stop offering me something else from their website. It is now 6 weeks since I requested the refund and nothing yet. I email weekly and they’re very sorry and hope to sort it asap. They are absolutely terrible.

I liked that the website did not feel overloaded with hundreds of nearly identical items. It was easy to browse through the coats and knitwear and find a few styles I actually liked.

The knitted dress is one of those pieces I can just put on without spending ages deciding what to wear. It is comfortable, falls nicely and works well with both boots and flats. Very happy with it.

They said to return to china at my own cost to get full refund !
I refused and accepted %40 refund but it’s been months now of emails being fobbed off

SCAM, this is a complete scam. The products are advertised as linen blend and arrive as nylons and polyester, you can not get refund, have to send back to China at a cost of £30. Products are awful, service awful. DO NOT FALL FOR IT

Do not touch this company. The quality of the dress was cheap and smelled of chemicals. I requested a refund and was offered alternatives such as a credit with no need to return the item. I should have smelled a rat. I was required to send the item to China not the UK as they advertised. It cost over £30 and it is stuck in Chinese customs where it is very likely to stay. I will be forced eventually to get a refund of fee from Royal Mail but I doubt I will be compensated for the £180 dress. This is Roselyn’s way of wriggling out of a refund. They should not be allowed to trade in the UK. Will be complaining to the retail ombudsman.

I would give them no stars if I could. Bought 2 dresses at £89.99 each and honestly I wouldn’t dust my furniture with them. Very cheap, horrible material and absolutely nothing like what was advertised. When I requested a refund they told me I needed to send them to China at my own cost which is a completely different message to their refund policy that is advertised online. Do not buy anything from them! I have put a claim in with my credit card as I literally have not received what I paid for. Keep well clear!

I bought a trench coat for my sister as a gift for her birthday, she received her gift within a few days. She's happy with quality and size, color everything. All is good. Shout out to Roselyn :)

False advertising - goods look nothing like what is advertised. Delivery took > 4 weeks. False refund policy - cannot return to UK address must post back to China. Refuse to refund - only offer store credit and as they cannot be trusted there is no point ordering something else. I basically lost all my money. Disgraceful. Avoid at all costs!

False advertising, false refund policy. I do not recommend this company. I bought a dress online that arrived with loose stitching, poor quality fabric and half a slip - so not as described in the pictures. Their website shows a London address to return items for a refund but asks to contact them first. I did this and they told me I can get a 10% refund for it or take store credit without returning the dress. When I pushed the matter 3 times, they offered an address in China that I could send the dress back to. The postage would cost almost as much as the dress. They refuse to follow their own refund policy and have now stopped contact.
