Do not buy from Rosemart signs…
This is a review for Rosemart signs ltd. Do not bother purchasing from this company. They tell you delivery is within the week but you will not get delivery in that time frame. When you question them about delivery, the first time, they will text you with a fictitious promise about delivery. Then since they have your phone number they then simply ignore your texts or phone calls. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Thank you for your review. However, we are unsure why this feedback has been left, as it does not reflect the actual communication or delivery timeline of your order.
We do not use text messaging or personal phone numbers for customer communication. All correspondence is handled through our official business channels only.
Your order was placed while our business was closed for four days, which was clearly stated at checkout and within our processing timeframes.
Your item has been delivered today via Royal Mail within the expected timeframe.
At no point were messages ignored, nor were false delivery promises made.
We are always happy to help if there is a genuine issue, but we ask that reviews are based on factual experience. As the order has now arrived and processing times were correctly followed, we believe this review is inaccurate.

Order still hasn't arrived
Order still hasn't arrived. Contacted the chat to be told it would be here today. Contacted them yesterday and got absolutely no reply. Not sure how they know when it will arrive as no order number or details were exchanged so im guessing thats the automatic reply when a product doesn't arrive.
Just got a response as you will be able to see. I got a full refund which i am satisfied with, but the response is nothing but lies. You know full well it didnt arrive as i spoke to someone there who tild me most orders of that time had been reported as missing.

We have checked our system and we have not received any messages from you through the official order platform, email, or customer service channels. We also do not use automated chat replies regarding delivery dates — all responses are manual.
Additionally, no order details, name, or order number were provided in the message you’re referring to, so unfortunately we were unable to trace or assist further at that time.
If your order placed on 15th October has not yet been delivered, we are more than happy to investigate — we just need one of the following so we can locate it:
Order number
Name used at checkout
Email address used for purchase
Once we receive those details, we will track the parcel and update you with a resolution.

Deteriorating quality
Fast delivery. Quality of metal great. However after only 4 months the qr codes faded quickly to the point where customers are unable to scan. What’s most frustrating is after several email to customer service for advice we had no replies. Would not order again.
