Great service and offered a very kind compromise when the item I'd ordered was no longer in stock

The staff at Rosendorff’s were so helpful. I absolutely love my purchase. Thank you!

Diamond Tennis bracelet online Ordering was easy. The parcel arrived in a timely manner. As no one was home it was not left which is a good thing. Was easy to pick up.
The diamond tennis bracelet is lovely. Only thing I was surprised by was given the value of the bracelet it didn't have a safety catch

I loved them I was concerned the would not fit. The just did though.
Thank you

Quick and easy purchase , goods arrived securely and promptly and in good condition

Thank You. Best damn service i have ever had. 10 stars.

The Circle of Life pendant and earrings I purchased are both beautiful and of the highest quality. The staff provided excellent service, which exceeded my expectations, especially as my purchase became a little complicated by product resizing. Would definitely recommend both the store and their beautiful products.

From start to finish- everything was simple, smooth and super efficient. I found my product, placed the online order and received my delivery within 2 days. Also received timely updates on the delivery status. Totally impressed. Thank you for making it a pleasurable experience.

Great service, knowledgeable, easy to talk to and respond when they say they will.Spoke to them one day, purchased it online that night, was posted express the next day, and received it the following day. Will deal with them again.

Easy ordering. Shipped immediately as promised. Arrived on time

I have purchased a stunning collection of jewellery from Rosendorff’s I’ve had nothing but the highest not to mention professional experience with each dealing . I would like to bring special attention to Ashling that has given me nothing but a 5 stars experience. I had a freight problem with a courier from Victoria to Perth over Xmas Ashling went above and beyond her time and effort to as make me not to worry .. and of course everything turned out just right ! I love every piece I have purchased, never disappointed..
Thank you Rosendorff
My kindest regards to Ashling always
