Very unhappy. Bought 3 dresses in July. Arrived 2 weeks later to find they were 50% cheaper on Shein. The dresses were exactly the same.
The company then emailed me to try and give me 25% off my next order if I didn’t repost back. Obviously I wanted my £165 back. So I paid £18 for postage via Royal Mail.

Baring in mind this was all in July and we are now in December and I still have yet to get a refund.

Stay well clear.

Scam - still waiting on a refund after posting back dresses 11 weeks ago. Feel totally robbed of £150 worst experience ever.

An awful company. I received my items in July and my issues are still ongoing. Items were poor quality and nothing like what they advertise on the website. I proceeded to go ahead with a refund which they made extremely difficult. Delayed responses and offers to stop me from returning the items.
I spent a large amount of money on dresses from this and I am yet to received a full refund.
I returned the items, following all the instructions but my items are stuck in customs. I would highly recommend that everybody steers clear of Rosie Mae, it is not a real company, it’s a fraud and the clothing is extremely poor quality. Awful experience!

I would rate them a 0!!!! Omg!!! It has been such a frustrating experience! I ordered 2dresses(greatest mistake ever), received the dresses and ofcourse they look nothing like advertised! Paid £114 since the 30th of july, sent the dresses back and had to pay £31 return fee. Package clearly states received on the tracking website since the 4th of September and they have refused to refund me. Took forever to send the return address, offering sorts of discount I do not care about! I will be requesting a chargeback now as advised by a comment!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THAT BRAND!

Awful company, just a Chinese scam please do not use unless you want to lose all your money and not get anything even similar to the items they advertise.

To then pay £40 to return and they not pay the customs charge to get the parcel they are required to

I ordered a dress for Ladies day was such poor quality , i emailed company for returns address to be offered 29th June 2025 to be offered a partial refund 30% i refused they sent shipping address and followed all instructions to them including tracking this cost me £30 to return but it was the principal. today is the 20th august my parcel has been in transit for 50days and they still haven't received the item . So i still haven't received the full refund . Please do not buy from this company i will be contacting Trading Standards if my refund is not received very soon

If I could rate this brand zero stars I would.
The product that arrived was different to the image advertised online, different colours and poor quality material. When I contacted for a refund, I had to email FIVE TIMES for them to give me a return address. They kept offering 20% off my next order ??? I won't be ordering from this brand again and would discourage anyone considering. Scam company. I expressed my complaints via email and the customer service team could not care less. They didn't even apologise or have anything to say on the matter, it was like talking to a brick wall.

They take pictures of dresses from websites like babyboo and make poor quality dresses!!! THE FABRIC IS AWEFUL AND CHEAP! They don’t want to make no refunds and returns are almost the price of the dresses!!! I wish they can shut them down! SCAMMERS! Nothing good about them!!!

This is a fraud website do not order from them!! I did not receive the item on the website, I got a fake knock off version and they gave me the completely wrong size. The dress was damaged and in poor condition and they are only offering me 25% refund of the original price if I return it. SCAM!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Absolutely a scam. Dress arrived and I had paid £60, it was nothing like the image and looked like the quality you might get from Shein or Temu. It took a long while of emailing to finally get a random address to return the product to, I emailed giving feedback about this and they have just ignored me completely.

Do not buy from this company, the dresses that arrived were NOTHING like the photographs or descriptions they were made from cheap thin fabric. with no underlining, I CANNOT EXPRESS HOW AWFUL THE DRESSES WERE. Them charging £55 + is criminal.
When I asked for a refund they offered me discount off my next order, then 30% refund, after numerous emails back and fourth they sent me the return address which is an address in China which I would of had to pay for (around £30).
These reviews did not exist when i bought off the website so i am glad they do now for future buyers to avoid, they were using fake 5star Trustpilot reviews on their website.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!!!! Got a refund in the end from my credit card who confirmed that their website was misleading and the items arrived did not match the description or photos.

I am the same as all of the above reviews, I did send the dress back after all the offers of money off, keep the dress, like ridiculous offers, when I eventually got the address and realised it was China I was so annoyed at myself as I had researched them before I ordered but stupidly looked at another company who they clearly and cleverly resembled, the dress cost me £53.10 and cost me £23 to return with tracking, it is sitting at customs for clearance in China been there 3 days, I posted it 2 weeks ago, Please Please dont buy a thing from this company, they are definitely a scam, I will update if or when I get my refund,

UPDATE……its now 22nd of August, dress is still at customs in China, Rosie Mae The Label are still refusing to refund money saying they need the item in their possession basically, after threatening them with taking it further and reporting them, told them Under UK Consumer Rights legislation, I am entitled to a refund within 14 days of them being informed of my return, tracking receipt was sent so they knew were it was, to cut it short I had to make a chargeback claim through my bank, my bank after all the evidence was given to them have accepted there is a claim and a payment to myself is pending in my account, rosie Mae have 7-21 days to contest it, This has been ridiculous but even though its not alot of money £53.10 but it was my hard earned cash so I wasnt letting them get away with ripping people off, and I hope if anyone is scammed by this lot they all do the same, keep every bit of evidence, emails, dates and send item back with tracking, the bank will want it all, I fought and looks like I won

I just wish everyone claimed through their bank if they paid through a visa/visa debit card as this company would be shut down, they could end up having the ability to take card payments from customers off them (that would ruin them) Red flags would be raised, also the refund comes from the company and the bank charges them for the chargeback claim

Update 16th Sept…money has been cleared and refunded through the bank charge, I won !!! hope Rosiemaethelabel gets closed down!!!

SCAM WEBSITE! The people behind the website previously ran Ruby and Mae and this has now been shut down and this store has replaced it. They DO NOT offer refunds as they are “protected the environment”.

I ordered a dress from this company for a wedding I am going to and was really disappointed. The item that arrived looked nothing like the pictures on the website - the design was different and the material was shockingly poor quality probably worth £5, but I paid £49 (which was reduced from £89). So glad I didn't pay that!

When I contacted customer service they offered me a partial refund £12 and I could keep the item (clearly shows value of the dress) or return it which cost £20 -£30 to return somewhere in China and also it wasn't guaranteed it would get there which would mean I wouldn't receive any refund even if I had proof of posting anyway so I felt forced into settling for a small refund - despite the product being clearly misrepresented. And I wasn't going to pay for a courier that would cost more than the dress. And I have dress which I don't even think anyone would want for free!

Quite obvious I won't be ordering from this company again, and I'd strongly recommend others think twice before buying. What you see online may not be what you actually receive.

This company are using stolen images to advertise their clothes.

I recently purchased a dress from them & upon opening the item I quickly realised I had been scammed as the dress was nothing like the one advertised. You can get better quality from Shein!

Then to top it off, I emailed them to return the rag of a dress and was initially refused and instead offered 30% off my next order! As if I would ever spend a penny more with these con artists! Upon refusing this insulting offer, they then offered a 25% refund and for me to keep the dress. Again I declined this ridiculous offer, to which they finally provided the address for return which was China!!! This is costing me £20 to return from the UK!

Don't make the same mistake I and many others already have! Horrific, scam artists!

This company is a scam. Save your time and money, don't order anything from here. Like some of the other reviews here, I ordered a dress for my sister's wedding and received a dress that looks nothing like what I ordered. I emailed immediately to request a refund and was told I could return and get 30% off my next order if I paid the postage myself. I refused this ridiculous offer and in the end was only offered a 20% refund.

Clearly a scam and I'm frustrated I fell for the marketing tactics. Please report this company to as many business bureaus as possible and DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would put zero stars! Terrible quality. Says that it is silk but like cheap uniform fabric, polyester at best!! Do not buy, scammers!!!!
Have a 30 Day return policy but you have to pay to return to China at your expense!!!
