I recently purchased a salwar suit and was thrilled with it. The fit was impeccable, the material was excellent, and the pattern was spot-on. It surpassed my expectations when I saw it in person. I'm grateful for the superb service and seamless shopping experience. The delivery was prompt, and Rani Chechi was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive the entire time. Given the nature and timing of the event, it appears the items would have been used during Onam in August. Posting a quality-related review several months later, in December, without any prior communication, does not allow us the opportunity to assess or resolve the concern in a timely manner.

Ordered from the website and received the dress unfortunately did not fit me so posted with 48 hours tracked delivery paid full postage instead of refunding the amount what i have paid they want to deduct 2.99 to improve the business which is not acceptable , never had this experience from any other business in my experience

This was the first WhatsApp message we received from your side after you received the product ordered in size 2XL. It appears that you have ordered an incorrect size — 2XL instead of 3XL.

We always strive to help customers choose the correct size before placing or dispatching an order. In addition, a detailed size guide and instructional video are available on our homepage to assist with accurate measurements. As we did not receive any size confirmation or enquiry from your side prior to dispatch, the item delivered was exactly as ordered. From your initial message, it is evident that you liked the dress very much, and the only issue was related to sizing, which was not due to any fault on our part.

Once you contacted us, we immediately accepted the return request and received the item back.

Although the product was not returned in its original packaging, we did not raise this as a concern. Upon inspection, we offered you two options — an exchange or a full refund in the form of a store voucher for future purchases.

But you opted for a direct refund to your bank account, which, as per our return policy, includes a £2.99 return processing fee, as we do not charge for initial delivery costs.

We always offer a full refund including return postage when the issue is due to our error; however, that was not the case here.

The balance was refunded promptly in accordance with our policy, which is clearly stated on our website, and we notified you of the completion. Although you were unhappy with the small deduction, as a gesture of goodwill, we agreed to refund the £2.99 as well.

Unfortunately, some of the later messages we received from you were not very cooperative or courteous in tone, which we found difficult to understand and left us in a challenging position to assist further. Your final message stated:

"No refund is needed, and I do not want to continue any more discussions with you regarding this matter. Thank you."

Customer satisfaction is always our top priority, and we are committed to resolving every concern fairly and transparently. At the same time, we kindly request mutual cooperation and respectful communication from our valued customers to maintain a positive and professional exchange.

We would still be happy to assist further and ensure your complete satisfaction, provided we can continue our communication in a courteous and constructive manner. Thank you.

Beautiful collections

I have purchased from Ross selections two times so far. They have really good collections and both the times I purchased I got really good complements from everyone around. I have had a really good experience with the team. Mrs Rani has been very cooperative and supportive and also chose a blouse for me that goes with the sari that I purchased. Looking forward to more from them. Keep up the good work.
