Avoid at ALL cost! Had severe problems from the very start. Bike not starting or struggle to start, then lost brake function 3 months in. Had hundreds of emails back and forth, with no help, or someone coming out to fix it. I then got a friend who is a mechanic who said there were a lot of mistakes in how the bike was put together. We had to get a new starter, and brake function, which I pleaded for months with Rotherham to provide as it was still under the 1-year warranty. The had to threaten with legal action. Needles to say, I am still waiting for the parts. The anxiety, frustration & stress, and money spend.. the worst decision ever to choose this company. What should have been such a happy purchade turned into a living nightmare for more than a year. Please spare yourself this and use a different supplier.

Company was great at updating me with delivery date and arrival time however when it arrived it had 1 flat tyre a crimp missing to the brake light and I had been told it had been pdi ed lots of bolts have come loose there was no petrol in it and had never even been started. So it's been abit disappointing 😞

We bought the Thumpstar 190cc for my eldest son. We had Rotherham quads build the bike and deliver it also.
This is a well built machine and my son is one happy lad!
I'm 16stone and this bike has some decent poke in it and I ride it regular also.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Had the order ready for collection within 45mins of place the order. Upon collection time take to explain the key feature and all do's and do nots.

Ash was very helpful from start to finish with my ordering of my stomp z3 160, answered all my questions, kept me filled in with the status of my order, even down to helping me carry my bike in to the garage. Would happily buy from again.

Ordered a kayo fox 70cc from these guys with the free assembly, PDI and extended parts warranty deal they were running at the time. The original delivery date was cancelled due to their van breaking down which meant their deliveries slipped a bit but they assured me that I would have it before Christmas and gave me a new delivery date for a week later. They personally delivered it to me in South Wales a few days before Christmas rather than use a courier to ensure it arrived undamaged which I thought was a nice touch and for that I can't fault the service and would highly recommend. I had 2 very excited kids when they had it Christmas morning!

I paid for next day delivery, phoned 2 days later to be told some woman in the office made a mistake said it would be delivered day after still hadn’t received finally received a week later, was told to email my details so I could receive my money back for what I paid for delivery and still haven’t had the repayment

Great service, fast answers back to questions I had about the bike I bought, definitely recommend and can’t wait to see my boys face when he sees it Christmas Day 😁 💯

Bought a few bikes of these guys now, problem free every time and they went the extra mile to find me one that wasn’t in stock for the next day, highly recommend and will defo be going to them for my bikes in the future
