I’m also planning on purchasing myself the of pear studs that I have had my heart set on for forever and I finally found a place that has them at a moderate price point and impeccable quality. Excellent and very fair customer service - delightful interactions when I worried about the holiday gift deadline (received with a few days to spare, as initially promised) and with a small error. The customer service alone would be enough to recommend them! Their products were lovely, enjoyed by the gift recipients and myself.

I placed an order on Dec 14th and received on the 23rd. My order was the 1 carat emerald cut diamond earrings, pearl earrings and the paper clip necklace came free with purchase. My wife and mom love their gifts. The earrings are beautiful and the necklace is pretty too. Might shop again in the future. I definitely recommend Roum & Co.

I ordered earrings on December 8th as a Christmas gift. Still have not arrived and will not before Christmas. This is embarrassing. To give a gift of a screen shot is not okay. 😒

I've ordered from Roum several times without issue until my most recent purchase. One pair of earrings (the St Tropez hoops) did not quite match what was pictured online. Customer service replied very quickly on a weekend and they offered a free replacement of my choice for the earrings without requiring a return of the original item. This was the easiest and most pleasant customer service experience I've had in memory and I will happily continue ordering from Roum for as long as they keep offering new collections.

They go above and beyond to help if there are any concerns or questions. The customer service was splendid. And I love love love their pieces. Each piece is carefully curated and made really well. I have ordered several pieces from Roum and have loved every single one of them.

I wrote a review for this company when it was under different management and I was unable to reach customer service for a refund. The company has since reached out to me to right the situation and I am happy with the service and results I have received.

Roum has elegant, timeless jewellery and the latest purchase of a necklace for one of my daughters for Christmas I know she will love. From purchasing online to delivery at my front door was hassle free and swift. Very happy customer.

I bought a pair of diamond earrings on their website and took them to a local jeweler who told me they were not diamonds. One back was platinum and the other one was 14k. But they were definitely not diamonds so don't think these are real.

Horrible customer service experience! They advertised a promotion and did not deliver on their promise. I ordered a necklace and earrings, which were over $150. The promotion was that they would include a paperclip necklace if the customer spent more than $150. I received the necklace and the earrings as well as an empty packet without the paperclip necklace.
I attempted to contact Roum via their website twice as well as via Instagram, and they have not responded.
Horrible experience!
