Worst customer service

I ordered pants and accidentally put my wrong address. I have been emailing for 5 days to have thst corrected before the order is shipped. NO REPLY! The silence is deafening. At this stage, I just want my money back.

Striped Slip-On Sneakers

I was initially disappointed with how the shoes fit, as they didn’t work well with my hammer toe. But since the product itself is decent, I tried my best to adjust to it. After wearing them for a while, they feel okay now. Thank you.

L-Shaped Slipcover is straight, and Company refused full refund.

Ordered a slip cover for my sectional sofa... Measured it carefully and spent the extra money for the L-Shaped cover, so it would actually fit my sofa. They sent it quickly, didn't have to wait more than a week or so, but when it arrived, it was all wrong.

First, not L-Shaped-- just long and straight, and frankly, not even long enough to cover the entire sofa, even though the advertisement said it would be a certain length. Second, the photos shows that there is a neatly stitched border, to prevent fraying, I assume. There is no border at all... just raw edges, like you just cut it or tore it from the bolt.

And third, it advertised as "durable" and "pet resistant." What arrived is incredibly soft and thin. about as tough as a cashmere sweater. The entire purpose for this thing was so my beagle didn't gouge my sofa cushions with his nails, but his paws caught on this thing immediately.

I'm sure the product is fine for those who want a long thin lap blanket, but as a sofa slip-cover, this is horrible. Gave them two stars for false advertising but fast shipping and prompt replies to my complaints. Knocked it down another star to just ONE star, because you can't leave a valid review on their website. Instead their site is clogged with hundreds of (what I assume are) fake reviews, mostly 5 stars. I know they're fake because when I try to leave my own review, it only lets me send a photo and my name and a star-rating... No actual written review or space to write one.

EDIT: Eventually, after multiple back-and-forths, Rouvenor agreed to issue me a full refund. I'm grateful for that, and agreed to adjust this review accordingly. Many of their products seem fine, and other customers seem satisfied, so I might consider shopping with them again... but not before I fully review the product that interests me and talking to staff to ensure it matches what I want.
