they send wrong and fake bags
sent a wrong bag, won't answer any of my emails despite stating on their website that they have a refund policy. I have contacted them multiple times and they do not answer. I'm pretty sure this is illegal. Plus they sent fake bags. It's not an angel kiss bag, the logo is missing. The shipping took incredibly long. DO NOT BUY!!

Sent me the wrong bag
Sent me the wrong bag, emailed for a refund (which you have to do within 30 days of the bag arriving) and they haven't responded yet. I'm guessing they won't respond before the 30 days is up. On their website they advertise 4 star trustpilot reviews, opened trustpilot and its actually all 1 star reviews....

Ordered on the 20th of august and still…
Ordered on the 20th of august and still yet to receive the bag despite it being “on its way” for 16 days now. I never had this problem when i ordered before and got a lovely, well quality bag but that was 2 years ago so maybe the company is all about wasting time and money now. Not worth it

Complete scam, what a waste of time and money. Ordered months ago still haven’t arrived, seen recent reviews everyone as received fake bags with no logo, wrong colour and terrible quality. Very disappointing as I was looking forward to a new bag

Terrible. I ordered on the 30th of August, got the bag on the 7th of September and when I opened the package it wasn’t even the bag that I ordered. I reached out to customer support the day of receiving the bag and haven’t even gotten a single reply.
